Very bad service, no toothpaste, no razor and ask customer to buy it. I think the staffs are not friendly at all, not supportive. When I forgot my booking, the receptionist was mad and blaming me instead of I am sorry and say I will pay for one more night. What kind of services is that? Unbelievable, terrible English and Discrimination against customers! Never go back.

Very bad service, The hotel reception is impolite, shows a resentful attitude to customers, poor English, does not support when guests need it, even toothpaste requires customers to buy. Necessary items such as toothpaste, razor are not available, stay 4 nights but the room is cleaned only once. Too bad.

Room not big but its okay. Clean room. Breakfast is unbelievable. Taste not good. Everyday is the same food. Fried rice and instant ramen. Never back to this hotel anymore.
