It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us. It was a just a tiny leak in the bathroom next to the toilet. So the hotel agreed we could stay in your original room for one more night if we want and then we would move into a room very much like the one we had the next morning. And we agreed, but my fiance noticed that leak was coming from the tank on the toilet, and she took a little plastic trash can in the room and put it underneath the toilet to catch the drip and it solved the whole problem there. We just had to monitor it for a little while and keep our great room. So luckily the hotel was okay with that. We didn't really want to pack up everything and move to another room. We were very comfortable in the room I had originally reserved. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was adequate; we didn't really want a giant buffet so it was as expected when I booked the room. Back to the view, it was probably the best view of any rooms. My fiance and I have a slew of awesome pictures from that room. Beautiful hotel!

Não tem o que falar, meu período de hospedagem foi maravilhoso. Quarto limpo todos os dias, café da manhã servido em horário pontual e com opções diversas, além dos funcionários solícitos.

The room was not clean and the general maintenance, the mattress for example was very old and was not in good shape. the staff was very kind and supportative.

A localização e muito boa e o café da manhã é muito bom! Foi a segunda vez que fiquei neste hotel, mas a única coisa que achei que deixou um pouco q desejar foram as paredes do banheiro que estavam um pouco sujas.

Très bien situé et très sécurisé Hôtel avec caractère pour bien s intégrer à Salvador, le petit déjeuner parfait et tous le personnel plus que superbe

Otima localização

Pousada charmosa, quartos confortáveis. Local estratégico no bairro do Rio Vermelho. Fiquei 3 dias nos quartos 361(fundos) e 350(frente).

Quarto ótimo e espaçoso. Boa localização com muitos restaurantes perto. Equipe atenciosa, simpática e eficiente. Recomendo.
