War alles okay sind

Friendly personal and decent food for a 3 stars hotel . If you like fish it would be great … on a 9 day vacation we had every day at least one sort of fish dish.

An overall positive experience, the only criticism would be the loud stage shows beneath our balcony, soundproofing of the room functioned well but not perfectly. It’s worth noting that shows always ended promptly before 23:00 and the hotel was very peaceful outside the show times. I would say rooms away from this area are more suitable for younger families.

Gorgeous hotel with lovely views all round. All inclusive meant ALL inclusive, 4 pools of varying sizes and privacy adding to the something for everyone of all ages and abilities. No single use plastic, friendly staff, decent food and very clean amenities all across the hotel. Highly recommend for families with smaller kids

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful. It was a bit too child-focused for us, with lots of activities and entertainment geared towards families. The food wasn’t really to my taste, although I’m probably fussier than most. Overall, a good option for families with young children.

The only negative aspect I can think of was the restaurant. Because it's indoors with closed windows, it gets extremely noisy. As a result, mealtimes weren't particularly enjoyable, and we often found ourselves eating quickly just so we could leave

Är ett super boende för familjen. Poolerna var superbra. Mitt ända är att information som normalt finns på ett litet info blad i rummet fick man gå runt och leta efter det hade varit en service att ha de på ett in lamninerat papper på rummet ist för att leta efter skylar eller fråga personalen om och om igen. Tv dosan till tv saknades vilket jag än idag inte vet anledningen till. Personalens engelska öär så där vilket gjorde de svårt att förstå vad dom sa. Personalen är super trevliga och vill göra sig förstådd vilket kompenserar. Maten är okej stort utbud på sallad dock har dom varmrätter som de har på rullband så är men där i en vecka så har man fått möjlighet att äta allt. Utbudet till barnen är helt magiskt lekplats flera pooler, olika aktiviteter kidsclub med mera. Mina barn va helt sålda på ridningen vilket va höjdpunkten på hela vecka. För de man betalar så är det här hotellet toppen! Kan rekommendera.

Superbe hôtel pour les familles, un vrai bonheur pour les enfants, personnel très agréable, repas variés il y en a pour tous les goûts! Espace aquatique et club enfants vraiment un gros plus. Je recommande +++

Ja had veel keuze uit verschillende dranken. Heel vriendelijk personeel bij de bar. Ook goed geholpen toen we een campingbedje zochten

My bedroom was like a rabbit hutch very very small and paid the same as others who got big bright rooms, I’ve not eaten all the stay there, had to eat out,some staff very abrupt so won’t be back

Ideal para quem viaja em família e especialmente com crianças. A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar mas no resto do hotel é razoável. Espaços exteriores muito bem cuidados e muitas actividades para se ocupar. Várias piscinas para miúdos e graúdos mas em especial o parque infantil dentro de água. Restaurante com muito cuidado na higiene e na limpeza do espaço com muita quantidade mas pouca variedade.mas para uma semana de férias serve perfeitamente. E uma boa equipa de animação com vários shows e com muitas atividades para os hóspedes. Com boa rede de transportes públicos ao lado do hotel. E o hotel oferece um transfere para a cala S.domingos.

Housekeeping failed to return my stuff ( 2 designer hats )that I forgot after checkout on lamps shades. I knew exactly where I left it and contacted the hotel on the same day. It took ages to make contact to the right person and eventually being told there was nothing left behind after departure. Very disappointed as it has ruined me and my sun stay at the end of our holidays. Rest of team, night, restaurant, maintenance staff are pleasant especially bar, but the entertainer/performers are all brilliant, they really make a great job from early in the day till late night My mistake i forgot my belongings it but it should be returned to his owner if reclaimed.

not impressed with the food, often cold not a great selection or variation, we went out to eat alot. room ok but not very big, not enough pillows, coat hangers or storage for a family reception /staff lovely as were room cleaners . i believe entertainment went on a bit too late. wouldn’t go back sorry
