I need far more than 1500 characters to do justice to this place, but here is the TL:DR; Person on front desk: incompetent to give simple directions to hotel over phone. Housekeeping: abysmal in the common areas. A long piece of string on the elevator floor when we checked in had migrated to just outside the elevator when we checked out. Though they offer non-smoking/non-pet rooms, the halls stink of smoke and animals. Rooms: no outlets available to plug in portables anywhere near the totally inadequate table/desk. Obvious signs of poor maintenance: baseboard portions missing in bathroom, wobbly toilet seat. Seemingly random numbers of facecloths./towels/bath towels. Breakfast: Everything (waffles/pancakes/egg thingies/etc. prefab, but the toasters had no instructions and seemed to only feebly warm up things. Some of the disposable cutlery had run out, and the (different from the night before) desk clerk said he would fix it, but didn't and disappeared. To be fair, the fruit, apples, were fresh. But, second morning, the orange juice dispenser had run out of OJ, desk clerk promised to fix, but didn't. Positive: the beds and pillows were very comfortable. After travel to Alberta we had booked another night at this hotel the night before out departing Regina. Given the bad experience, we cancelled, and booked at a hotel near the airport, for considerably less than what we would have paid here. That hotel beat this one on every measure. This one is not worth what they charge.

We were on the ground floor and our door going outside was very tough to open snd even harder to close. Breakfast was very small

If youre like me, you dont need boujee- you need clean, and thats exactly what this hotel is. Clean, comfy bed, and we had the suite room so it was rather large with a kitchenette. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the washer had an out of order sign but the clerk thought it was fixed so he tested it before I wasted money. Should've got his name cause he was great, anything that needed attention was taken care of right away. Breakfast was above average selection and probably my favorite part was the coffee machine, i felt sick so having delicious coffee and hot chocolate on tap was wonderful. Overall an outstanding experience and I recommend anyone needing a rest after a day on the road to book this.

A better breakfast would have been great as well as a different colour to differentiate the elevator with the rooms.

I made the res. while driving... should of known better, it was a SMOKING ROOM???? but all worked out. Many knew, many laughed... staff did supply a can of deoderizer. Many memories can flooding back... thanks Mom, and Jane!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was nice to have a breakfast in the morning as well. Nothing fancy but it was enough. I’d stay here again.

The room was clean nicely made up. The staff are excellent, they go out of their way to help. Parking is right up next to the hotel so that’s excellent. Breakfast is very wanting. It’s toaster, waffles and pancakes and cereal and some other odds and ends. Not really a breakfast at all just morning snack. 24 seven coffee and hot chocolate is a very nice touch. I plan on staying there again. I have appointments once a month in Regina and I’ll be booking there every time I go.

We loved the size of our suite, with 2 queen beds and a comfortable pull-out couch, it was great for 3 adult travellers. Plus, there was still alot of room for our stuff.

Motel 6 in Canada seems higher quality than in the States.

Front desk was very accommodating, the room was clean..

The best was they let us check in early. The air conditioner was working so staff was up right away and tweaked it and got it going. Only one form was provided. Only coffee no condiments. No face towel and soaps. We reserved a king bed had a queen. The small tv is in the separate bedroom with the air conditioner and hot tub, sofa and attached to wall table and kitchenette were in the other room. Not ,convenient, the bathroom was dirty hairs on the floor. First time I ever saw toilet paper roll without the cardboard inside the roll and we’ve been to many hotels. The worst thing was sitting in the hot tub filling it with water and the water was turned off for about a half hour or so. So that was very frustrating. I think management should have said something before turning off the water. Second time there first wasn’t the best but we gave it another chance. Big mistake never again will we stay here. We should of been Compensated. No one was at the counter when we left waited for abit. I guess they didn’t want to deal with angry patrons
