The first day we arrived the unit looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks and when we requested for assistance they said it can only be cleaned after 3 days! Yes, I understood cleaning every 3 days (which never happened anyways), but that should be on the note that the unit is clean when it was handed to us, right? After much arguing, they vacuumed our unit. You can get clean towel everyday. Bedsheets doesn't looked clean. Amazing location though, very strategic. Close to trams and southern cross station.

The room is well equipped as per description. However they do not clean up the room everyday, which I supposed what a serviced apt is. They changed the towels and take out the trash for us only. The room is near a free tram (near the aquarium) but a lil far from the metro (southern cross). I cooked a lot of meals and it is very cost saving haha.

Strategic location. Close to tram station. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly staffs.

Super duper love this apartment! It's very beautiful, spacious nice beds complete kitchen appliances and nice view! Near to everything! I am definitely taking my family friends next time wel be in melbourne! Best best place!
