I slept week although hotel are too old all inside not so good shower has defected and lights and tiles stinky

This hotel are with friendly staff understand able the needs but the Room suites are so old and other Lights are defective and the TV has no cable Just Filipino Channel and refrigerator are so old the tiles and Lines sofa are old aircon are so noisy Just stay to pass the nights !

Place s*cks! Super old, dusty and with cockroaches. Strict with number of guest/visitors when it’s not even a 5 star hotel. No parking available, even for pay parking. Everything just s*cks, also the guard and reception who’s not even helpful.

This hotel are not completely comfortable that floor tiles are cleaned but the shower are defective and the lights are also defective some places in the corner are odors and nuisance embarrassing blankets so many stained and in regularly washed ! I just stayed to passed the nights because I'm so tired I don't choice because it's paid already in seven eleven. I hope you have give this msgs to this property so !

It was a nice place to stay and the overlooking of the city is great.

MPT suites should not be allowed to operate. It is a r*t hole. Very dirty. Sheets are thin and old with holes. Customer service is terrible. They do not offer refunds. They do not have a manager to receive complaints. Very unprofessional. It is the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life.

This place has seen better days. The location is great, you get a great view of the city, but overall it felt dirty (as in dust wasn't cleaned) and poorly maintained. You can definitely go worse than this but there are better options in the area, if you look for them. Too bad I have looked for them only afterwards. Also, the shower room smelled quite bad.

The MPT Suites does not match the photo uploaded in web. Facilities are not feasible like hotels or apartments

Not the kind I expected. It was not clean. The floor was sticky and dusty, I tried to ask for a broom but the housekeeping guy said they'll clean after we're gone. He was nice but the discomfort we're experiencing has not been noticed. There were roaches, small ones, creeping at the kitchen area. The bed and sofa smelt like someone had their sweat smothered all over it, then never got the ray of sun it deserves to get the odor out. Oh and before I forget, the room we were assigned to, haha doesn't have the "room number sign". Imagine we were roaming around the floor if it was the one.

staff are good but the room is look old and dirty but the location is good very close to restaurant, bar and convenient store

Room wasn’t very clean and there were cockroaches in the kitchen! Disgusting. Will not come back/recommend.

Spacious room. Amenities are average. Do not expect much.

Front desk are not accommodating. Bell boy helped out the foreigner carrying his luggage even though he saw I was pregnant. It smells shit in the elevator. Smells piss on the corridors. All in all, I will never come back nor book on this hotel!

The room we stayed had mosquitoes. The sink and shower drains were both clogged.

The light broken in the man door and toilet clogged up
