We really liked this hotel! My husband stayed there a week ago and liked how everything was so we ended up booking it again for our family stay (have never booked the same hotel twice because it was never great to come back). Great facility, nice warm pool, very good breakfast (I mean they even have fresh strawberries and whipped cream!). I definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was in a good location, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. But the best part of my stay was the breakfast! It was the best! I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Omaha.

Beautiful hotel in great location.

We were in Omaha for a medical procedure. The motel was close to the medical office we were using

Colleen at the front desk was awesome. Came from out of town to work. Worked outside all day and when i checked in she was super fast and even gave us a bottle of water! The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of options.

The AC unit was very noisy. The maintenance staff tried to help but little could be done.

Do not stay here! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good but the customer service is unacceptable! I never leave reviews but cannot go without leaving a bad review for this hotel. Long story short, they didn't have the room available that we needed and didn't do anything to make it right. We had to check out early and drive home and they refused to give us a refund for that night that we weren't able to stay. The room didn't have enough beds for our family so there was no way we could stay and they still refused to make things right with a refund. Save yourself a headache and book somewhwere else!
