Very nice room , food Great hospitality

非常好的体验，地道的日本温泉，超赞。

喜歡能有私人風呂，不用與其他人起浸浴。

少了一個小孩check in，服務員便不提供孩子的晚餐丶早餐和床鋪，但是價錢照收。如果建議付費的童餐一併享用，讓我們大人有多點食物選擇會更好，因為大人餐全是魚和海產，我媽媽很想吃點肉的料理。況且早餐根本未準備，為什麼不主動扣除費用，是Expedia不夠彈性嗎？

The environment of the hotel is quiet. The room is big. I feel unexpected because the arrangement of changing a new room to me due to a lamp could not be switched on. The new room is even more bigger. The light is not bright enough due to the style of traditional japanese house. If you ate afraid of dark maybe it is not suitable for you but it is bright in daytime. The breakfast is awesome and I reallu enjoy it. The spa on the rooftop is gorgeous and the spa on the second is also wonderful. I met two male guests broke the rule to enjoy the spa on the second floor in the early morning but thet fled ASAP when they noticed that a female wanted to enjoy the spa there (male can only enjoy the spa on the second floor during 20:00-22:00). Highly recommended !!

The Onsen is very good, especially the 8/F outdoor Onsen, very nice view in morning and sunset.

如果旅程目的是要放鬆的話，非常推薦這家旅館。雖然附近沒什麼好逛的商場，但旅館的感覺很悠閒很有家庭旅館的親切感。 温泉很舒服，而且有家族風呂，進去後可以鎖門獨佔整個風呂洗完澡後慢慢泡，適合比較較害羞跟想有點私隱的旅客。 房間也是大得不可置信，可能跟我們是兩個人住四人房有關，房間外頭連著一個小陽台，白天可以走出去看看海邊，就是房間裏沒有冷氣，實在有點悶熱，但還算可以接受，不怕有蚊子的話也是可以打開對著海邊的趟門讓空氣流通。 另外本來對早餐沒什麼期待，但倒是出人意料的非常好吃，下次再去的話絕對要把晚餐也試試看。 這旅館最大問題在於其地理位置離鐵路站比較遠，建議想去的人可以事先以email跟店家溝通讓她們派車去內海站接你們到旅館，車程大概十分鐘左右。老闆娘懂得說英文，所以不懂日文也不怕，email打英文大概也沒問題。

風景怡人的酒店，全店的員工也有很禮貌，服務態度專業，待人懇切！家庭風呂的位置和比例也相當好，值得推介予親人朋友。

Everything is good . But better at least one staff knows English And no dinner provided

This is a very classic Japanese style hot spring hotel. A bit far away from the station and no convenience store nearby. Not all staff can speak English, but at least they try their best to understand the customers’ request. The biggest problem for me is there is only public bathroom. I think it is inconvenience.

風景好靚

It is worth to spend 2-3 hours for travelling to the hotel.Cos' the outside spa on the roof is really wonderful.And for other aspects are also good.

Excellent, it perfect for foreigner family to go there during the weekday.

High recommend if you will drive in the trip and want to have a wonderful experience on onsen

温泉がとても良かったです。 スタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしい

Was there mid week and it was very quiet so we had the run of all the onsen, all of them have great views. The staff were very friendly, food was great, a thoroughly enjoyable trip!

今回、老親を連れて伺いましたが、丁寧にご対応くださりありがたかったです。お料理はどれも美味しく素晴らしかったです。また、お風呂がたくさんあって、楽しいです。 予約が必要なお風呂があってそれがちょっとわかりにくかったです。あと、可能なら部屋でコーヒーが飲みたいです。

スタッフの方はとても感じの良い方達でした。お部屋も広々していて6人で過ごすのに充分でした。ただ床に髪の毛が落ちていたので、少し気になりました。 あと、２階のEV横の女性トイレの１つでどなたかタバコを吸っていた形跡が。便器に吸い殻があり、便座にも灰が付いてて不快でした。少しタバコの匂いも。あと、システムトイレじゃなかったので、子供がお尻が冷たいって嫌がってました。食事は美味しかったですが、子供の食事が定番のハンバーグにエビフライで、せっかく海の近くに来たのだから海の幸が食べたかったと言ってました。　 帰り際に手作りの木のおもちゃも頂きありがとうございました。あと、お風呂はどれも景色が良く最高でした。

古い施設ですが綺麗に清掃され　スタッフも丁寧な対応で好感がもてました　機会があればまた行きたいと思います
