Nice hotel, reasonable price, close to garden and zoo.

接待人員很熱情親切凡事有問必答，同時很貼心的可以幫忙代訂餐廳。房間乾淨但只有一台冷氣還定時關閉（需要再重新啟動）對於夏天入住的我們有點熱。傍晚跟早晨都有野生袋鼠出沒很大自然，夜晚滿天星斗，是個很美好的住宿點。

Overall a good experience, friendly service and good location, expect ants at bathroom when we checked in. It would be great have wifi in the room too.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at HBoutique. The apartments are very roomy and clean. The beds were very comfy as well. The only complaint we did have was the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the other apartments.

Clean and comfortable. Self check in with access code. Easy. Didn’t see any staff the whole time! Room layout very unusual, especially for a newer build. Not sure why? Tiny small couch sitting area and could only see the TV while sitting on bed. No big deal but odd set up. No other seating inside available. Bed short, feet hanging over the end. No window in bathroom, with 3 walls being external there’s no reason not to have a window. Poor ventilation, no heat and towels remained damp. Complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash pumps high on shower wall - lucky we’re not short. A small fridge perfect for keeping BYO wine and cheese cold, a kettle, cups, small plates, cutlery and some complimentary teas/coffee sachets/sugar. BYO milk! Wardrobe 4 coat hangers not enough, ironing board & iron. The room walls very thin. Not only could hear next door TV, their conversations and they weren’t shouting but could hear the light switches and PowerPoints being turned on and off. Set back from quiet road yet close to cabins in property ( Palmers Lane Estate Hunter Valley) next door which were there to party (haha). Plenty of car parking room. A short drive from all things in the Hunter Valley. Great location! Affordable during the busy long weekend.

Location was great. Room layout was good and amenities were good. Sadly the apartment was tired looking, about 80% clean. Chairs and carpet had permanent stains, time for an upgrade, repairs on toilet wall were very poor. Dust was collecting on top edge of tiles and furniture legs at the base. Pillows were both flat in the bedroom, could not get a comfortable position. Would only rate as 3 star.

Great service will be back

Booked last minute and wasn’t expecting much for the price on a Saturday night but previous reviews seemed ok. The first room they gave us was average. We thought for one night we’d be ok. But after coming back from dinner we noticed bugs/insects over the walls and worse still over the bed and pillows. I called the emergency number and without hesitation they moved us to another room which had been refurbished. It was comfortable but didn’t have the fireplace which we’d specifically chosen so it was quite cold, especially in the bathroom. This hotel is advertised as Boutique-style, high-quality accommodation - there’s nothing boutique or high quality about it! Even for what we paid a night it wasn’t worth it. My recommendation would be to pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

It’s okay If you are after a cheap last min option it’s fine but my room was in desperate need of a renovation and refresh. There is a funny musty smell lingering which I assume is the mould on the ceiling in the bedroom. You enter via the bedroom which I don’t love at all and you can constantly hear cars coming and going sitting in bed. People stare in if you want the curtains open for some light because it’s so dark. - Iron burn on the carpet - mouldy ceiling in bedroom - paint peeling in the bathroom - Cracked sink Yes this is all just cosmetic wear and tear but it all contributes to the vibe of the place. I could see the bench top hadn’t been cleaned properly there was marks and rings from previous guests cups. Very dark and gloomy vibe. Pros are the self check in the peaceful view and the on site parking. Definitely not for you if you are planning on hanging out in your room I did message the property didn’t get a response I ended up leaving early

I have booked this accommodation via Expedia and on the day of checking in. I almost panicked as there is no checking counter or office. It was done via access code which O did not receive from the property. I pressed the intercom with no avail. Sent message to the property owner directly but nil response. I was so lost especially driving 2.5hours from Sydney. There was no one in sight to ask for information. I was so lucky to have met a couple who was checking out and they suggested me to call them on the phone( they were so kind to lead us their mobile phone as I only have data service on my phone. After about 5 mins ringing on the phone, we managed to get through someone while them send an email of the access code. This could have been avoided if Expedia could list down the check in information on booking page or after confirmation. Otherwise, the accommodation was good and environmental was peace. The room was spacious and clean.

very quiet. fantastic view. comfortable and spacious kingsize beds. beware that there is only microware & toast maker for cooking. good enough for my family, as we only use it for breakfast.

Property was gorgeous. Beautiful surrounds. We enjoyed sitting in our balcony looking out onto a pond and some wild life while we drank our wine and nibbled on cheese and crackers. The room was great. Only the TV wasn’t a smart TV. But then again, we were ok without. In the morning we were able to make our own breakfast and sit outside and enjoy the serenity. A super convenient location to everything! Will definitely stay again and recommend H Boutique.

Clean room, great location. But poor check in experience, no communication/ room number received as booked through Expedia. I had to call them myself to get everything….

Location is great and in a very convenient location. Check-in process was very easy however the room we stayed in could definitely use a good deep clean.

Property was great, great location. Lounges were not very comfortable. Bar stools were stained, a few holes in the walls and cheap and broken back sliding screen.
