friendly receptionist, cheap price and good location to transit to downtown

#105 King Bed Non-Smoking. Very comfortable bed.

When they refused to honor my reservation for accessibility (I have a slipped disc in my lower back and am legally disabled) I filed a complaint. The very afternoon the front desk clerk said the system was telling him not to rent to me. Considering the quality of the rooms and the lack of any sort of customer service, I was confused by the moderately positive rating on here. That is, until I looked more closely and realized there are numerous dummy reviews (end of May, one guest have multiple 10/10 for the same night). I would say you get what you pay for but that's just not true, there are numerous motel 6 in the metroplex with amazing customer service such as Farmers Branch and Irving DFW East. The people that own this franchise are crooks and do not care about customer service.

I check in my first night no problem. Next night I’m hit with a “no visitors” policy outta nowhere. I didn’t even have a visitor but if I wanted a visitor I should be able to have one, the room is paid for regardless.

The interior was very nice for the inexpensive price! Sometimes it can be scary in Dallas but not here. Stayed for one night and got some good peaceful rest

It looked like a real nice place but there roaches crawling in my bed while I slept. They were coming out of the cushions on the chair while I tried to work. I was very disappointed.

The tub was not cleaned and some much was left in the drain that it didn’t drain properly when talking a shower. The staff would tell us they coming right back to drop off items and fix things and never showed up. I had to fix it and clean it myself(NOT COOL @ ALL)

I don’t know which was louder, the AC in the room or the noise coming from the highway.

It was nice for the price. Wouldn’t bring a family but for a guy traveling solo it was fine. No shampoo made me a little upset.

It's affordable and cheaper

Just really dirty. Smelled like smoke despite being smoke free.
