Very convenient, near the beach road and mall so no need to take taxi because it is reachable by walk. The buffet has various menu, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Kamar bersih, sarapan bervariasi, cuma bangunan sudah agak tua, di depan hotel dikelilingi bar dan gelas minum dalam kamar tampak tidak dicuci, terlihat ada bekas kopi/teh yang lengket di gelas. Overall it's oke.

Untuk lokasi kurang bagus jika bawa anak-anak karena kiri kanan depan belakang banyak bar dan berisik sampai tengah malam sehingga mengganggu tidur. Untuk lokasi bagus dekat pantai dan dekat kemana-mana. Menu breakfast lumayan bervariasi. Resepsionis yang pagi yang sudah agak berumur agak judes, karena dimintai informasi agak ketus penyampaiannya.

Location is perfect, walking distance to beach, shopping mall, cinema, 7-11, its only 3-4 minutes walk to beach. Room is very clean. Breakfast is not bad, for the money I paid. The only thing made me not happy is the receptionist. Most of them not polite. They don't lnow how to treat the customer. Many customers said the same thing as well about it (comment in Booking.com, in Agoda etc). Others are perfect.

Nice hotel for stay. Awesome view from the rooftop, good location near the Pattaya beach and just walk around 5minutes you can find the big shopping mall.

I booked 2 single bedroom but I got 1 bedroom when I’m asked for new room with correct room type staff said I have to wait 40 minute and on that time is 10.00 pm. Staffs have no service mind and responsibility!
