酒店位置便利，搭乘地铁A线即可到达，就在酒店门口。员工热情友好。入住和退房手续快捷方便。早餐套餐分量适中，吃得饱饱的。

集体酒店真的是最好的住宿选择吗？房间和服务都很棒。

I loved staying at this hotel. The hotel nears the subway station and convenience stores. The staff of the hotel is also very helpful.

Very near to the JR lines and walking distance to Akihabara. Easy to access from Narita only using a single line. Of course, will stay here again when we visit Tokyo.

Hotel terlalu kaku, kami gak perhatikan jam cek out ternyata di sini jam 10 kira biasa di tempat-tempat lain or negara lain jam 11, minta waktu gak sampe 1 jam kr pas lagi mandi 30 mnt ternyata pas ke bawah mereka langsung kenakan denda terlambat cek out dan gak mau tau alasan kita padahal waktu telp ke kamar sudah disampaikan.

Really convenient, near station that cover all line in Tokyo, little bit small but it's standard hotel in Tokyo.

Padahal sudah info bawa check in sampai tanggal 28 mereka bilang oke tapi malah di lock kunci kamarnya jadi harus urus check in lagi untuk check in aja bisa 1 jam.

Palayanan yang lama banget, Jepang padahal terkenal cepat to tempat ini lama dan ribet saat check in.

Stay buat 2 orang tapi semua perlengkapan hanya di kasih 1, dari handuk, air minum, perlengkapan mandi. Ada anak kecil tapi tetap di kasih yang smoking room tanpa pemberitahuan sebelum nya. Pelayanan buruk banget sih. Gak akan mau balik lagi deh 😭

Pelayanan tidak baik pesanan kamar tidak sesuai, banyak rambut di dalam kamar mandi, penilaian buruk.

Location is closed to Tokyo Station and there ' s a direct line to Narita Airport which make it easy coming or going to the airport. There ' s a 7/11 store nearby and some good restaurants. But the room is very small. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. If you traveling solo that should not be a problem but if you have 2 big luggages, you can't open it inside the room.

Staff hotel kurang membantu ketika kita butuh password wifi, kamar tidak ada AC & hanya heater.

Untuk kedua kalinya saya menginap di sini karena suka dengan pelayanan yang cepat apalagi sekarang self check in tinggal scan paspor juga express check out, kamar bersih amenities lengkap.

Suka banget sama ini hotel, tidak salah pilih alhamdulillah lokasinya dekat banget sama tokyo metro. Akses dari narita ke hotel gampang banget tinggal naik train narita sky access line turun di higa hinihonbashi, keluar exit banget. Lokasinya dekat juga sama sevel, kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Hanya saja kamarnya kecil tapi tidak masalah karena saya stay sendiri. Kalau ke Jepang pasti kesini lagi.

Hotel ya bersih nyaman aman. Pas keluar dari exit Higashinihombashi lsg keliatan hotelnya. Tempat makan daerah hotel enak. Jauh dari keramaian utk istirahat baik.

Pelayanannya ramah, kamarnya bersih, dekat dengan stasiun.

When check-in you will get a free 2 bottle of coffee, the room was great and the amenities was very good. The hotel was very near to 3 stations so you won’t be difficult to reach it and it’s near to convenient store and supermarket.

This hotel is kinda old compared to my previous stay in shinjuku. Interior places quite the same (APA hotel standard) but the place is smaller. Luckily, I got 1 room at hook which has extra space. You know when in japan hotel any extra space is precious, so maybe ask hotel staff to put you in hook / corner room. Many supermarket and restaurant near hotel. Station is 2 minutes walking from hotel. Overall this hotel is good.

Small room but fully equipped with all the things I need on a travel. Good location which is very near to both subway and JR station.
