The overall cleanliness of the room was clean, I’ll give them that. But there was a definite moisture problem with that room. We arrived late into the evening and the rooms 2 ac unites were set on freezing. We had thought that because the room was so cold everything had gotten damp. Even all the pillows & beds. Well the dampness never went away. Throughout the next day while out of the room we left the ac off but upon our return it was just damp and warm in the suite. The suite has wallpaper throughout and where the seams didn’t come together the wallpaper had curled back with mold growing. The glass window on the door going outside it mold growing along its caulk line. The room had a jacuzzi, that we never used and the property has a water park which was its own building so neither of those two things were the leading issue of wet, dampness. We stayed two nights and each night you crawled into a damp bed. In the mornings when I’d put my Birkenstock sandals on, they were damp from the moisture in the room. If there had not been a moisture problem, everything would have been great

Dirty and everything is broken in the rooms.

Check in went well. Thought with a lake view room thought it had a balcony. Plus the hotel is accross the street facing the lake. Carpet was dirty. Head board was sticky. Husband woke up with a bug crawling on him. (It was dark. Didnt know what was) window seal was dirty. Dead bolt didnt turn. Would i go back. No.

Go somewhere else no breakfast as advertised handicap room was a joke had 18 inches of brick in front of room so access for someone in a wheelchair is all near front lobby no blankets either night even though requested we were given sheets and a mattress pad had bathtub with bench so paralyzed family member unable to shower was not walk-in shower as most are just highly unsatisfied

Trying to find our room was ridiculous

Issues with the tv and no one at the pool ensuring kids/people behave appropriately and safely. I was told there was an attendant but never saw one. Hot tubs weren’t heated to normal hot tub heat. Just warmer than pool.

Great water park

No Breakfast and they still have signs up for Breakfast area. The kids in the park were swearing and scaring young kids, talking back to adults and telling them to leave, we called security after 4 people companied about these two kids. We tried telling them to keep peacefully and they would come back after they left 3 times.

Odd room layout on upper levels, room smelled of mold

I would never stay here again.. It was super dirty, mold on the walls of the bathroom, furniture and carpet had cobwebs and dust behind everything .. Needs a major deep clean. The front desk ladies were very kind and this is not their fault.. not sure if they had a cleaning crew at all looks severely under staffed!

Mold everywhere. Absolutely the most disgusting stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. They refused to refund any money. We left right away.

Over all a good stay. My only gripe is that the wi-fi is so slow that it was basically unusable. I had to use my hotspot on my phone to be able to use the internet

Expecting to this rate atleast complementary breakfast...i came with a family of 5 and was under assumption that breakfasf wd be free like any other hotels around.....i feel without breakfast this rate is not justified..and to other point the hotel does not have a cafe even to.get coffee..and not even 1 water bottle was provided as a complement...the balcony door was not closing ...its a big safety issue

I liked how clean it was

It was ok. The toilet broke and we couldn’t get help fixing it. The water in the water park was so cold you couldn’t even enjoy it. Room was roomy, beds comfy.

Nice place. Really convenient. Could be a little cleaner, but besides that a great stay, close to many popular locations and nice pools.

This hotel was fine for the two nights we stayed. The water park is the only amenity and it was okay. The hot tub area wasn’t so hot and the jets didn’t work. Our room felt very sticky and didn’t cool off and they did switch us rooms right away. The hotel is within walking distance which is nice. I really did miss not having a free breakfast and they even have a really nice place to have one at the hotel. I wouldn’t likely stay here again.

This property is dated. Rooms do require a bit of upkeep as some of the furniture is well used. However the reason we stayed here was because of the indoor water park and that was in great working order. It is geared towards young kids, 10 and under, and ours thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent 3 nights here and every night we were at the pool from dinner time until 9 with no issues. Would stay here again.
