Brilliant stay

Lovely experience

Booked a standard double room. Can't fault the room or the service, apart from the extractor fan that ddn't stop till 23:30 at night and came back on at 4pm. Weather was nice so kept the window open, bearly slept when the extractor was on.

Great looking place, good room, good food, good people... BUT the mattress was a shocker. Collapsed in the middle Used & abused and shouldve been replaced a long time ago, but covered up with a big thick duvet. The 2nd mattress wasn't much better. Shocking that they expect customers should accept this (Tried to upload a pic...)

Noisy radiator, but we just turned the heating off Service slow in restaurant but they were very busy Food was delicious Queue at bar in wedding but extra barman appeared and queue was gone Lovely hotel Excellent food

Spa

Lodge was clean . High standard . Service was excellent. nothing was to much .

Truly amazing experience , great service and friendly staff.

Breakfast was very good and good selection. Room was a brilliant size and the spa facilities were great. Would be nice to have complimentary water within the room

Broken toilets, broken flushes, overflowing sanitary bins all over the floor. Room price far too expensive.

We had a great time but were really disappointed about the spa cutting off the whole time we were in so ended up just leaving i wish staff would have warned us of this when i asked about it on booking. There was also a tile broken in the bathroom that me partner cut his foot on. We waied over a h

Stayed in a garden family room with great views. Assumed that there would be gowns and slippers but there wasnt.

Beautiful scenery and serene environment for a stay. We stayed in the Cygnet suite and the view in the morning was breathtaking. Both my wife and child enjoyed themselves very much. Breakfast was great too. Hope to visit again!
