The bathroom is too small. People can't speak English.

It was my first time in Zacatecas and I absolutely loved my stay! It was only one night, but I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel — the staff are super friendly and the service is top-notch. The valet parking was very fast, check-in was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you all for your great service, and congratulations!

La ubicación es inmejorable, el hotel está remodelado, el cuarto estaba muy limpio y las camas agusto, los contras que encontré fueron el ruido que venía de afuera de la habitación, era muy fuerte e impedía tener un descanso agradable, fue difícil llegar al hotel porque estaban los accesos bloqueados pero el personal del hotel amablemente nos apoyó con es tema, por último, el desayuno fue excelente, mi único comentario es que si vas con tu familia, solo son dos desayunos por cuarto y el resto debes pagarlos por tu cuenta, fue algo que a nosotros no se nos aclaró al momento de la reserva.

This is my go to spot when I want to stay close by areas. Everything is walking distance and a Starbucks is literally inside the property!

El papel de baño es bastante corriente y solo dejaban un rollo, en todos los hoteles siempre tienen dos rollos! Lo demás es bueno

Clean room with a beautiful view of the city, breakfast buffet was very good with multiple options. Close to all stores, banks and restaurants.

The room was very clean and everything was provided during your stay there. The staff was attentive. The location is excellent.

Para fin de año si deberían abrir el área de terraza para quienes no tenemos habitación con balcón , así como lo hizo el hotel Emporio.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well furnished. The reason for the 3 stars was the paper thin walls and lack of insulation. We were on the lower floor and could hear EVERY sound throughout the adjacent Starbucks and the streets nearby. “Noisy room” would be an understatement. Maybe better luck if you get an upper floor.
