Sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich

God beliggenhed og flinke medarbejdere.

Zimmer sauber, aber sehr klein, Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen sich ebenso besseres wünschen, genauso Auswahl beim Frühstück. Insgesamt würde ich 4 erklärte Sternchen nie gegeben, höchst 3, wenn überhaupt. Sehr positiv ist das sehr freundliches und kompetentes Stuff-Team einzuschätzen und auf jeden Fall wunderbare zentrale Lage.

The property is in a need of a complete renovation as the rooms were old and run down. Talked with the day manager about our air conditioner as we could not sleep as it was way to hot in the room. He stated that he would schedule an ac person to look at it, told us the person was looking at when we returned to our room after our morning activities. This was a lie, know one looked according to his staff. Do not stay at this place!!’

数年前（パンデミック前）の冬に数日間宿泊して良かったので、また３泊しました。朝の食事の時の担当の女性がとても親切です。多分前と同じ方だと思いますが、聞けませんでした。食事メニューも豊富です。 ホテルの場所は平面の地図では分かりにくいです（前回は探すのに苦労しました）が、慣れればシュベーデンプラッツ駅から、平坦な道を通ってすぐに行けます。シュテファン大聖堂へは、階段や石畳の道を多る近道もあります。 宿泊料金はそれなりにお高めですが、もし、またウィーンに行けることがあれば泊まりたいホテルです。

War wunderschön! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Hotel weiter!

Most of the staffs were very nice, however, one of the staff at breakfast was extremely rude, making comments such as “mama mia!”every time I went to get my food. Besides that unpleasant experience, everyone else were very nice. The other breakfast lady , for the other mornings, was so very nice and sweet! The place was conveniently located, and can get to places with ease.

Room was small bit everything else was just perfect. Location, breakfast, friendliness, cleanliness.

Great location, friendly staff. A special shout out for the lovely lady in the breakfast room who surprised me on my birthday… such a thoughtful and kind gesture which was appreciated!

Bra hotell nära centrum. Lungt och tyst, sköna sängar och bra tryck i duschen. Bra frukost!

Die U-Bahn ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl.

Ben tek başıma bir iş toplantısı için gittim viyanaya otelin konumu çok kötü. Merkez olarak belirtiyorlar fakat giriş yerine taksi bile giremiyor o derece kuytu. Çalışanlarıda gözüm tutmadı hoşlanmadım.

This hotel is well located, that is basically what you pay for; other than that, I would pick another place. The pillows and bed sheets had a horrible smell, I had to use my towel as a blanket.
