Servico pessimo. Recepcionista mau humorados. Manobirstas demoram 20 minutos para trazer um carro. Camareiras tentaram entrar no quarto 2 vezes com o aviso de nao perturbe. Pessimo. Tinha mais reservas ao longo do ano. Cancelei todas.

Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options

Lovely hotel. Great location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. My son loved the indoor pool. Our complimentary upgraded one-bedroom suite was amazing! The view was stunning. The front desk staff at checkout who helped us had the most cheerful, professional, courteous, and friendly vibe! He should be a role model for current and future employee training. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel and want to thank everyone for making it such a wonderful experience.

Equipe de limpeza nao fez turn down nenhuma noite. De manha limpavam muito mal. Esquecendo comida do outro dia. Trocaram a marca dos amenities que eram acqua di parma para uma marca local. Sabonete horrivel. Shampoo pessimo. Cafe da manha faltou chipa todos os dias. Fui a piscina. E o bar nao tinha ninguem atendendo as 16h30 da tarde. Com a piscina cheia.

Breakfast setup was terrific. Spa was terrific. Gym was very good. Staff was helpful. Rooftop was very impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel Punta del Este — truly an excellent experience. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. From the reception to the staff assisting with luggage, everyone was extremely attentive, polite, and welcoming. The room was impeccable — very clean and well-prepared — and the welcome amenities were a thoughtful touch. In fact, this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast is another highlight, with a wide variety of options and great quality overall. As a point of observation — which does not impact my overall evaluation of the hotel — I stayed during a large corporate event hosted by a major pharmaceutical company. During these events, the hotel tends to be quite full, making common areas like the breakfast space busier and noisier than usual. That said, this is not a drawback of the hotel itself, but rather something to keep in mind when planning your stay. If possible, avoiding periods with large conferences might enhance the experience. Overall, an outstanding hotel that I highly recommend.

Hotel padrão americano. Imenso, confortável, mas o preço é fora do padrão, mesmo para esse estilo.

Gostei muito da estadia, tanto que pretendo retornar ao hotel no final do ano. Hotel com 10 anos de existência, com muita comodidade. Bom café da manhã. Piscinas externas e internas. Beach Club do hotel na praia. Bom restaurante. Pontos negativos: apesar de ter feito uma reserva por 11 noites, no terceiro dia recebi uma ligação da recepção reclamando por que não havia ainda desocupado o imóvel, já passado o horário de check out. (11h00). O engano foi confirmado, mas não me senti nada confortável com esta desatenção. Também os quartos são extremamente barulhentos. Fiquei no 1o. andar, que recebe todo o barulho da recepção, que é movimentadíssima. Meus amigos ficaram nos andares superiores e reclamaram do barulho da recepção e do roof top onde normalmente tem show.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento muito bom, café da manhã completo, possui infra de praia com Beach Club, restaurante e rooftop.

O quarto é impecável , sem tapetes , extremamente limpo e silencioso
