房間簡陋，只有一個插座，但有附延長線讓大家共用。浴廁乾淨又大，廚房設備齊全但環境簡陋凌亂。

被分配到一間邊間!可能因為西曬白天超熱!廚房常常太多人同時使用!但是又太小!用的人又不一定會保持整潔!

預算有限的情況下可以選擇，是共用浴室，並且附有廚房，櫃檯人員親切，在機場可以直接搭乘橘色大巴或是白色大巴抵達這裡

整體來說是還可以，只是離市區有點遠而已，走路大概要走20-30分鐘 參加day tour及機場接送，巴士能夠直接到飯店門口，這點還不錯

Staffs were nice, and this place was very convenient for tours picking up. Don’t need to wait for picking up in cold wind. I had 2 nights stay and found that I left my bath towel in the room after I checked out. Although I went back trying to find it back it was no longer there. The staff told me they didn’t take any thing in the room, my guess is it’s stolen by one of the guests in the room. I also found some one took my duvet without my agreement when I was not in the room (you need to pay for the duvet for 1000 ISK). These make me unhappy but that is what you need to know may happen when you stay in a hostel.

Duvet is not included, you need to pay around extra $10 USD for it at the front desk. Receptionists are very helpful. However, it has nothing around, you hv to get food far away.

No receptionist. Not easy to checking. Unable to use laundry since I was in school and not around when the receptionist is there.

Commons areas were pretty clean.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were well kept and clean and so were the bathrooms. The hostel is located is short walk from the city centre and the lobby is spacious and comfy. The few things I have to complain about: There were several times when the door code was not working to get into one's room, which van very very stressful to a traveller. The kitchen was often very cramped (one sink to sometimes over five people) and could be larger to accommodate the many bodies always in that small space. The washer and dryer was not working properly and stole my money a couple of time and it should be repaired. There were are many times when I needed assistance from the reception and know one was available for long periods of time, perhaps due to bejng understaffed.

I loved that you could check in after hours! We had a late flight. It was appreciated.

Staff were helpful in communication pre-visit. However, the limited staffed hours of 9am-4pm (Mon to Fri only) at the Hostel did not work for me as there was no opportunity to discuss issues given that tours required an early start and late arrival back to the hostel, and my arrival to Reykjavik and departure from Reykjavik fell outside staffed hours. The major disappointments were that I was allocated a mixed dorm when I had booked a female dorm, and the mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. The metal springs were prominent by just running a hand across the surface. And, I had booked the Bus Hostel based on the understanding that tours/airport transfers departed from this terminal, only to discover that they had shifted to another location.

The lack of staff after 4pm and on weekends.

Cleaning staff did a good job keeping the place clean. Guests were good in maintaining cleanliness. Room was clean. Amenities were good. Had adequate sockets for charging devices. Negative was as the hostel was at a bus parking, there might be multiple bus startings in the middle of the night. Also, as our room faced the front of the building, noise from people there easily propagated into our room.

I stayed in the mixed dorm as a solo female- no problems at all. The whole check-in process is no contact. Make sure to bring your own towel since the hours are limited to rent one,… the office is closed on the weekends and only open from 9-4 M-F. This was a great location to get picked up for tours. Would absolutely stay there again.

Clean and quiet. Lovely time!
