The staff was great and very friendly and helpful.

Considering most hotels currently offer a continental breakfast, I was not expecting to have to pay for coffee first thing in the morning. Yes, a coffee pot in the room is available, but there isn’t any cream there.

Didn’t appreciate having to pay for coffee in the lobby or having to pay for breakfast. Both should have been included in the price of the room.

Enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. I really liked the room setup. It was very relaxing. The only complaint I have was the needs to be maintenance done in the bathroom. The shower had rust or something dark brown in the edges of the shower. My husband thought it was poo but I said that it’s rust. Other than that, it’s very nice & comfortable.

Good locations

The AC unit in room was alittle to noisy and the restroom sink took a long time to drain.

You could most definitely be cleaner the shower never got hot or warm, dirty windowsills. You can just tell that it wasn’t as clean as it should be making it uncomfortable to relax and be in the room.

Booked this hotel for the bar. They did not have anything to serve. Otherwise, really nice hotel. Big, comfortable room.

Overall my stay was very, but I use hair conditioner and the bottle in the shower was empty, breakfast which is included with my stay was not available to me, I was told that I could purchase their breakfast if I would like

The front desk staff and the lady (Angel) servicing the coffee area were both so friendly!!

Mold all over the place, dirty sheets, floors were dirty as well.

Just not like the pictures, understand under construction but rooms not very clean didn’t like walking around without shoes, the air/humidity everything was wet in the room. Just wasn’t very comfortable
