The room is very dirty on bed had hair and mucus, the toilet water doesn't flow some staff bad mannered and unsecure.

So messy, Wiping cloth feel don’t wash and polluted, bedsheet didn’t change Service so bad โครตสกปรก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเปรอะเปื้อนไปด้วยขี้มูกและรอยเท้า นอนอยู่4คืน ผ้าปูที่นอนมันไม่เคยเปลี่ยนให้เลย น้ำชักโครกไม่ไหลคนดูแลบอกให้รอ ทำอะไรไม่ได้ โครตแย่ ไม่ควรใช้คำว่า โฮสเทล ควรใช้คำว่าเกสเฮาส์ เคยพักตึกนี้คนละโรงแรมคือดีกว่านี้มาก

Keluhannya hanya lift yang antri. Tapi wajar banget. Karena satu gedung ini banyak hostel backpacker. Tapi overall ini murah sekali dan dekat kemana-mana. Alhamdulillah untuk aku yang suka irit-irit. Dan cukup untuk tidur. Ini sangat wort it.

Seprei dan selimutnya tidak pernah diganti selama 4 malam tinggal di sini, dispenser sampo tidak berfungsi dengan baik, kamar mandinya kecil dan sempit namun bersih, pelayanan hotel baik saat menerima tamu di malam hari dan tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan lagi, lantai tidak dibersihkan selama menginap 4 malam, lift hotel hanya terdapat 1 dan menunggu cukup lama, namun di lokasi bawah hotel ini terdapat berbagai jenis makanan India dan minuman yang murah, lokasi sangat strategis dekat dengan Tsim Sha Tsui dan East Tsim Sha Tsui station sehingga mudah untuk pergi kemana-mana, di sebrang jalan terdapat McD saat pagi hari bisa sarapan di sana karena rata-rata banyak yang tutup di pagi hari tempat makannya. Dekat dengan 7 eleven juga dimana bisa top up Octopus Card, belanja dan ada makanan cepat saji juga di sana. Dari Airport kalian bisa naik Bis A21 dengan harga HKD 33 menggunakan Octopus Card yang mana melewati depan hotel ini persis. Dan jangan takut karena di hotel ini banyak orang India yang sangat ramah dan baik menawarkan hotel dan makanan dan lain-lain. Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap di hotel ini dengan budget rendah namun mudah untuk kemana-mana. Next time mau menginap di sini lagi. Terima kasih.

เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้ามาก ถ้าใครมารถไฟฟ้าให้ออกทาง C1 ตรงข้ามจะเป็นตึกChungking Mansion ที่พักอยู่ในนั้น ให้ไปเช็คอินเข้าห้องที่บล็อคD ชั้น16แต่ห้องพักจะอยู่ชั้น14 รรไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้แต่โดยรวมสะอาด ปลอดภัย ตึกเปิด24ชม.

I don’t really expect more since it was a budget hostel and I have already read about the other user review. Facilities are match as other user description. They have heater with hot water, good room service (they change your towel every day), easy check-in/out. What I’d like to complain is the room hygiene. I can spot dust on the room table, there’s hair in refrigerator, I don’t know the last time the bed was vacuumed since my skin getting itchier day by day, I got rash on my skin and I had to wear long pants to minimize the allergy. There are also small bugs in my room, and it really looks like baby cockroach. I don’t know whether the building has service elevator or not, since they’re using passengers lift to pick trash from each floor.

So perfect! The minus one just the internet connection. It doesn't work at all, but its okay.

This is a very convenient location for 1st time travelers in Hong kong on a very tight budget. The room is very clean with very fast wifi.

Clean room, great service, but took a long time to ride the elevator. Overall very good!

Good location and they have Filipino staff which is very helpful, room is clean.

Very convenient place to stay. Easy to locate. MTR and bus stops are just beside the hotel. Very clean. Has complete amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. Would stay here if we visit Hong Kong again :)

Dekat dengan MRT pintu keluar C dan kemana-mana dekat tinggal jalan kaki. Rekomendasi kalau mau menginap di Hongkong.

It was okay, the bathroom is too small and not much space to move around.

The room was clean but it smells weird. Really weird.
