房间每天都打扫，设施选择丰富，虽然有 13 层，但乘电梯下楼毫无困难。

Saya pesan untuk 2 orang, dengan kamar double 1 kasur. Sepertinya kasur ukuran 140x200 deh, lumayan buat istirahat. Kamarnya lega sekali bisa buat buka 2 koper besar dan 1 koper ukuran 20 inci. Tempatnya bersih sekali, sudah dapat minum gratis 2 botol. Di bagian lobi, bisa isi ulang air minum, es batu, ada kopi dan green tea. Kemudian ada mesin cuci dan pengeringnya bayar 200 yen untuk cuci baju dan pengeringnya 100 yen per 30 menit. Bisa beli detergen di resepsionisnya juga. Resepsionisnya juga baik banget, kalau kita minta tolong ga ngerti pakai mesin cucinya bisa tanya aja. Kalau yang suka ke Animate ini deket banget tinggal lewat pintu belakangnya udah sampe. Di bawah, ada Sevel jadi kalau mau beli apa-apa mudah banget. Dekat ke tempat-tempat wisatanya juga. Jadi strategis ini hotel. Minusnya cuman satu, kamarnya ga terlalu kedap suara, jadi kalau ada yang berisik akan kedengeran sampe di dalam kamar maupun di luar kamar.

Untuk kamar bungket dan kamar superiornya untuk 2 orang dewasa+2 anak itu cukup nyaman.

Great location 5 min. Walk from Ikebukuro station. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel. Ichiran ramen and ringo apple pie is recommended. 7-11 on the first floor of the hotel. Room was nice but a little bit small. Bathroom with bathtub. You can ask for leave the luggage overnight.

2 of the female staffs at receptionist, 15 minutes before we checked out (22/04/18) where at that time we were ready to remove the luggages from the room, they contacted and threatened via phone that if we do not immediately check out in 5 minutes then we will be charged an additional 50% from the room rate. Not only that, after we submitted the room key and make sure there were no bills charged, we were expelled like dissolving a crowd of naughty kids. Moreover, 2 of our friends already paid 2,000 yen for late check out when they checked in. After checking out from their room and handing over the room key, the staff rudely asked my friends to pay a late check out back (it’s really bad service failure ). Surprised why this hotel could be the best ratings. Worth a test of service quality back by a bonafide consultant service at this hotel.
