Very quiet rooms. Comfy beds. Best hotel in Sumter

The fire alarm went off four times between 3-5 in the morning. I heard it was due to a smoke detector in the enclosed pool area was corroded. Sounds like a maintenance issue.

Place is a mess. Peeling wallpaper, broken ice maker with pain cans beside it. Hall ways full of debris and horrible stench. There aren’t many places to stay in the town of Sumter but I would stay here again

I definitely enjoyed my stay would highly recommend!

General room had a lot of wear and tear… paint stain peeling etc. The ceanliness of the room had a lot to be desired of. On the extreme of it for instance…when we pulled out the sofa bed we discovered about a two foot diameter blood stain ring about 4-6” wide! Blech!!! Thankfully there was a bed clean pad and we were too exhausted to think straight…but still!!! Eeew!

It was very nice and cozy! Overall beautiful scenery!!!!

It was a good trip, cleanliness was a little ruff, above our microwave the glass was dusty. Like it hadn’t been dusted in a couple weeks. Other than that the breakfast was good and the bartender was really nice.

The rooms were super nice and clean !!!! Hotel itself was amazingly clean and updated.

Stayed an entire week. The front desk & housekeeping staff are super friendly & helpful! The only hotel in that area that doesn't allow pets (I love our little furballs but suffer from terrible allergies) so I always choose to stay at S.S. when I come to town for this reason.

Was a great experience! Clean, quiet, a lot of space inside like an apartment. The food was delicious. Shopping area around and walkable.

Booked last minute traveling for Christmas with a family of 5. We all fit comfortably in the suite, slept well in cozy beds, enjoyed a lovely breakfast and swim before moving on. Having the kitchenette with microwave and two bathrooms made all the extra difference, especially traveling with some under the weather who needed meds. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again for sure!

I wish that the breakfast hot food was a little bit better. The French toast was a mess on Sunday. The eggs were cold. The sausage were OK.
