員工只能聽和講日語，連非常簡單基本英文數目字都聽不懂，如果是老人家可以明白，但是青春少女也不懂，真係匪夷所思。 大浴場戶外環境非常漂亮清幽，酒店正門花園極之美麗，食物一般可以接受，基本上整體也滿意的，如果員工可以加強語言訓練便更加完美。

房間整潔，職員態度有禮，食物質素很好，設施齊備，周圍環境寧靜，很多車位可以方便停泊，酒店地點容易找到！

Nice onsen and facilities, ice cream is great. With enough parking space. Room is tidy and clean especially good for the running water onsen in the room. Would be better if the checking out time can be extended to 12pm.

酒店就在梅田，毗鄰地鐵，百貨公司，樓下有便利商店。另外有24小時免費停車。酒店不算新淨但乾淨企理，如果價格不貴的話，值得入住。

酒店的温泉好舒服，环境寧靜優美，服務很好，很周到，還為我們召出租車服務。酒店的小店有各式各樣的日本手信可買，價錢相宜，如果有時間的話，真想再停留多日。下次還會再去，自鴐游更好。

Friendly ryokan style hotel with onsen and hot-stone sauna. Our room had a nice outdoor shower and private onsen. The restaurant served amazing food. It’s a popular family onsen, so expect it to be lively, especially during weekends. Absolutely recommended.

すごくかいてきでした！

露天風呂付き部屋は最高でした。ですがプランについていたレストランでのご飯は、厚切りお肉がとても固くて、噛みきれなかったので残しました。 ご飯ももう少し質が高かったら、言うことなしでした。 でも大浴場の露天風呂も、和歌山で一番良かったと思いました。

和室+ベッドルーム+部屋露天風呂+シャワーブースでしたが、和室が10畳以上と広く清潔でした。露天風呂の調子が悪く、修理に職員が１人入って修理したのが減点です。

今回で二度目の宿泊です。 お部屋も広く、静かでゆったりとした時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 大浴場も良かったですが、部屋の露天ぶろは時間をじっくり使えて良かっです。

温泉は4種類の掛け流しで広々、ゆったりとした露店風呂はなかなか良い。岩盤浴あり。日帰り温泉の受け入れをしているので夕方は混むが、夜、早朝は閑散としていて静か。夕食は併設レストランで選択するタイプ。懐石料理に飽きた人、食事の量を自分で決めたい人向き。朝ごはんは和食でしっかり。美味しい。部屋は清潔で静か。露店風呂付き(だが使用せず)。テレビは大きくはないがＢＳ可。無料wifi装備。

Great stay! Incredibly friendly staff and very clean. Too bad the foot bath was closed but overall a very relaxing stay.

Paper thin wall, the hallow flooring means big noise coming from the room next door. We could hear hours of the kids running next door in the middle of the night, we could hear them playing with the light switch all night (click click click). We couldn’t sleep at all!

街中にあり、スーパー銭のようなので、温泉宿のような雰囲気は味わいづらいです。 ただ部屋はきれいですし、すべての部屋に露天風呂がついているので、快適です。

スタッフの方々の対応もよく、満足のいくものでした。ただし、季節柄、場所柄のせいか、露天風呂のクモの巣は残念でした…。
