Bad service: I cannot check-in & get in the room for 5 hours. As a customer, I don't care if the issue comes from the Hotel or Traveloka system. The receptionist said that the room I booked could only check-in at 9 PM (the ticket on the app system showed 4 PM) Good point: Clean room, convenience devices.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The lobby and the facade look very old, but I was very surprised with the amenities inside the room, everything is provided, and was very valuable given the lower price. The manager & staffs speak english very well and was very helpful. I recommended this hotel very much.

Saya menginap di hotel ini selama 6 hari, tadinya sempat ragu jadi saya memesan ke traveloka satu malam saja dulu tapi ternyata saya suka karena kamarnya cukup besar jika dibandingkan dengan kamar-kamar hotel sebelum saya ke hotel ini di kota Busan ataupun di Seoul. Dengan harga yang lebih murah daripada hotel lain dengan fasilitas yang cukup baik. Sudah dapat breakfast, air minum disediakan dispenser di lantai 2. Pemiliknya ramah dan baik, petugas counter nya bahkan cleaning servicenya.yang terutama petugas counter dapat berbahasa inggris dan dapat membantu menjelaskan bahkan jika saya bingung menjelaskan ke driver saya bisa minta tolong by whatsapp kepada petugas hotel untuk membantu menjelaskan dalam bahasa korea. Hotel berada juga dekat dengan lotte shopping mall duty free, dekat dengan money changer, juga banyak tempat makanan disekitar hotel. Jika ke Busan jangan ragu untuk memilih hotel ini, keliatan memang dari luar hotelnya biasa saja tapi yang penting pelayanannya oke banget, bahkan pemilik hotelnya juga sangat baik dan ramah.

Tempat tidur nyaman, kamar bagus dan luas. Staf ramah, pelayanan baik. Wifi kencang di kamar. Sarapan enak dan lokasi strategis.

Bersih, peralatan toiletnya lengkap, murah, receptionisnya baik.

位置很棒，靠近乐天百货和地铁站。服务很棒，他们让我们早上7点就入住了。最棒的是，他们有一张地图，上面有完整详细的信息（地铁线路/公交车号和站点），以及许多景点。

非常好，酒店工作人员对我们的旅行路线也给予了很大的帮助。

This may my great great experience stay at busan. The owner help us a lot and hospitality. They provide the map and route we should take by bus or subway, even recommend me food neighbourhood. Hotel near bus stop and subway interchange and shopping centre also could take airport bus but we take a taxi because over luggage. Owner also could explain in a good english, don't know how if we don't met them. Room is also spacious, clean and comfort. The bed also great ones. Bathroom and amenity is great. Bathtub also. Breakfast kimchi is also good and dining room clean and tidy, after all. I could give my thumb up. Thanks for your service and hospitality.
