The day after we got there our neighbors woke up so early and their car was pumping music nonstop I eventually called the Reception after 2 hours was told that they would send Securities into the place. Was so disappointed that there is no wi fi coverage in the rooms even in the Restaurant area you must sit in a certain area, that for me was a no no my kids wanted us to move out immediately we realize that we were screwed. The day before I checked out same thing happened, my neighbors played their Radio like they were in a Party. Like I mean, are there no rules in that place? People are there to rest and not being woken up by the inconsiderate people.

The stay in room 48 was all good except for 3 things. 1. Aircon was broken 2. The tv channels where all bad with signal and could not watch tv 3. The package inculded Wifi but there was no Wifi at all.

Simply horrible and poor service

No WiFi and No working Dstv especially advertised online. Poor natural light in room 79, noisy wedding party not suitable for babies, but it was okay

Sad that such a beautiful place is so badly managed. Dinner - no Amstel which was not really an issue. They had 5 choices on the menu, 3 of which you could not have as they had no beef. So, I went and ate elsewhere. The breakfast experience was worse. Supposed to start at 6;30 and could only start around 7;10 because the staff arrived late for work, even the new restaurant manager. you could have coffee, if you did not want milk, as they did not have any. Toast, if you liked it dry as they had no butter, or margarine. When the actual breakfast did arrive, it was cold, fridge cold......... So, I did not eat that either. In these times where occupancy is so low, should they not go out of their way to ensure the guest are happy and return and spread the word so that more people go there? I MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE BACK THERE - EVER!!!!

The lodge is situated on a hill between Mbombela and White river and not too far from Riverside mall and casino,the location is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views.The rooms are clean and comfortable, however there are only 4 television channels, Sabc 123 and Etv and the reception is terrible,also there is no wifi as advertised which is misleading, the shower is a nightmare, I was unable to get the hot and cold water to mix properly, besides that I enjoyed staying there and the rates were very reasonable compared to other places in the vicinity, probably will come back for a night or two

Heel vriendelijk personeel, dat vragen direct beantwoord en problemen oplost. Complex is wat verouderd en dat merk je ook in de kamers en aan het sanitair. Her eten is prima en de prihs/kwaliteitverhouding uitstekend

My stay was ok, We were limited to one channel. I struggled to balance the hot and cold water from the shower.

Excellent stay, had a fabulous stay. Great service from Staff at the establishment. Definately highly recommended.

Sub-standard furniture, basin in room. Cleanliness questionable. Very noisy. Construction work commencing in early hours of the morning. Give this a miss.

It was beautiful and we had a great time, the reception lady was very helpful with all quires and overall great experience

The trip was wonderful, actually it was worth it. Everyone was very excited, they wanted to stay even longer than expected, they want us to go back there soon.

Awesome place, but WiFi and dstv is very limited. And no room service. Food was great but maybe some braai areas would make it exceptional.

안내판이 작아서 리셉션 찾기가 쉽지 않았으나 비교적 방이 넓고 조용해서 좋습니다 2층은 계단으로 올라가야 하는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 가방은 힘이듭니다. 에어컨은 매어 훌륭합니다. 방안에는 옷장이 없어서 그것이 좀 불편하지만 의자와 테이블이 놓여져서 편리하고 베란다 밖의 경치가 매우 훌륭합니다.

Everything was well until the next morning when i had to transfer to another room.The cleaner ladies need some major mentoring on how to conduct themselves decently when talking to guests.All i got was attitude and it felt like i was obstructing them for carrying out their duties.No respect for privacy whatsoever,its like i wasn't given a choice to have any.From my first and second room.Not ever going there again.Not impressed at all.

With animals in the park.

When I checked in after waiting several minutes, I was given a key, but informed my room was being used for a photo shoot and would be ready soon. A few minutes later I went to the room, when I unlocked the door, a woman jumped out of bed and started shouting at me.... I showed her my key and went back to reception. By then it seems the ‘good rooms’ were taken and I was sent to the back side of the property where instead of the double bed there were two SMALL twin beds. The room was very plain and rustic. Disappointing!
