Nice owner and clean room, closed to kata beach 10 min walk. But a room quiet old and some of their blanket had a smell. But I liked it anyway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and nice. My only tiny complaint is the spottiness of the hot water, but in Thailand this is very common and with the super hot days hardly an issue.

Not good. Look old normal... Second day WiFi could not be used because it says the website says temporary blocked due to pending payment from the hotel owner so ridiculous. No water given on second day no cleaning as well no towel changes. Second night I left the only thing good is near kata beach quiet and cheap. No lift no good view... Air con is not strong enough... Will not come back anymore. Thanks but no thanks.
