The lift and the walkway to the room is not nice, poor maintenance, not nice smell. Need to install air freshner. The room is big but average clean only.

Bathroom floor very slippery. Booking for queen bed room, but given twin bed room. Lift sharing with residence. Take long time to check in.

Bilik besar, aircond sejuk, tidak disediakan sebarang minuman tambahan seperti nescafe sachet & gula, hanya dua botol mineral sahaja. Kebersihan kurang sedikit, perlu lebih cuci untuk hilangkan habuk dan debu. Tuala juga sudah lama. Breakfast sedikit & kurang rasa. Harap maaf. Tingkatkan semula qualiti hotel.

Hotel really need to upgrade. Get room with faulty air conditioner. Ask hotel staff to check. No action taken. Call again. Security staff came and trying fnd empty room for us to change room. With the same problem. Air conditioner not so cold. Breakfast not so good. Overall. Not a good experience

Terrible hotel condition. Inconvenient parking. Hard to access hotel lobby. Dirty toilet. Messy environment all over building. Not like what they show.

Swimming pool cannot be used but stated in advertisement,only 3 channels available for TV, but near with restaurant.
