I had to check out early next day, so I communicated with staff members and checked out before 5 pm, was told that I will not get any reimbursement back even though there policy was s to reimburse guests if they check out before 5. So manager and the receptionist charged me for full 2 days and did nothing. Additionally my room was directly above the major event so I had LOUD music and noise All night long and of course not even apology from staff members or compensation. No rest All night long or any sleep.

Hotel bom, apesar de ser da linha Collection, não tem o luxo que deveria ter. Quarto amplo e limpo, a água deveria ser reposta todos os dias e não fizeram isso. Academia bem funcional e também tem saída seca e úmida. Café da manhã nota 8/10 porque a parte de pães deixou a desejar. Equipe simpática. A localização é boa, perto do transporte público e é possível ir a pé para várias atrações.

Amazing hotel

Otel konumu iyi. Lüks bir otel ama biz kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Bebek yatağımızın içinden bir böcek çıktı. Fark etmeseydik ne olacaktı bilmiyorum.Bunu bildirdiğimde sadece odamızı değiştirip 3 kat aşağı aldılar. Böcek ilginç bir türdü. Gerekli ilaçlama yapılmıyor belli. Parasını ödememiş olsaydım kesinlikle otelden ayrılmıştım. 20 bin tl para ödedik kesinlikle hak etmiyor.

Staff was very friendly and room was nice with a cute view watching red roofs.

Very pleased with the room, would stay again.

All was rather good (very friendly personal,acceptable food in local restauran opened all day long,very clean room and common places, convenient mattress of almost orthopedic guality
