Nice service, good restaurant and a good bar

Room has no fridge or coffee/kettle. The floor of the room had a slant that made you feel drunk when walking across it to the bathroom. The breakfast is not the greatest. Overall wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall just not a great room. Bathroom is awkward and the towels were musty.

The Regent is where we always stay in Revelstoke. Good comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant is exceptionally good.

This was quite unfortunate for us as our first family adventure through rhe area This was a once in a life time shared experience with my new husband and adult daughter. I chose this property because of reviews, location, and amenities. Upon check in we were greeted by wonderful and helpful staff. Our first disappointment was the adjoining sreakhouse being closed for 3 weeks which was one of the places we wanted to go to. This was not advised of in advance. Later we discovered in our bedroom, the side table lights not working and the entertainment TV unavailable. The staff tried really hard but it was not in their wheelhouse The front staff really went above but it just didn’t work. This may seem inconsequential however we were on a rail system with continued bells throughout he night. Again no biggie. We laughed. Breakfast despite being recognized as exceptional, it was not. It was continental, without breakfast items, without fruit, without toast. When asked for gluten free toast, management was very accommodating, but was given 4 frozen pieces of bread. Unfortunately this was a dangerous to my health and could not eat. It was unfortunate with one issue after another The staff were still fab. Due to set backs we would have to rate 2,5 although I feel the staff couldn’t do anything more under the resources. they had.

Really good room with very helpful staff. Pub was fun with great food and very courteous staff. (Especially the Aussies).

Stayed one night. Friendly staff. Great location. Pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was really dated but it was clean and they are in the process of updating rooms. Breakfast was okay but not a highlight like i was expecting based on reviews.

Recently renovated - very clean, large room, near town center. Free, ample parking. Excellent breakfast with good variety, attentive staff manning eating area.

The hotel is charming and well maintened. It is in the heart of the main street close to restaurants, bars and very nice stores.

Very nice room updated and comfortable, good value including great breakfast. Pub was loud but fun!

Two bedrooms for my family, it is so spacious and comfortable, the location is convenient, dining around the hotel, and the hotel is a vintage building. The breakfast is at the level of the restaurant.

Beautifully restored older building with lots of original features. Rooms are great. Pub downstairs excellent. Staff all very helpful.

Room was newly renovated and very quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh and plentiful. Staff very friendly, food in the pub was tasty. Would stay again.

Stayed there twice now. Very cozy looking great place.

Beautiful, old character hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well supplied. Renovations were underway in the hotel, but noise and mess was minimized. Architecture in this grand building, with so much history, was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. I’ll happily return when next travelling through Revelstoke.

The hotel was an unexpected gem. The building is historical and wonderfully authentic as well as renovated in a very classy style.
