员工很友好，但是房间里的固定电话打到隔壁房间时有点问题。

客房服务人员都很好。 只有毛巾迟到了。我下午1点左右入住，下午4点20分才拿到毛巾。😔 他们的理由是：那天送洗衣的卡车迟到了。 枕头也很硬很旧。请提供一些新的、柔软的枕头。为了客人的睡眠质量。谢谢。

My stay was fairly good. The room and toilet are clean. I needed to call up for a hair dryer for me to use, I assume it's not provided in the room 24 hours. Just finished my breakfast, they have - nasi goreng, fried noodle, and ayam kicap is very salty for me, fruits and kuih, and had my coffee. They have roti bakar self-service, noodle soup, and porridge too. Last but not least, the hot water in the bathroom is not hot for my shower time. Overall, I can say my stay is pleasant.

- there were times, water came out from the Aircon, hope the management will check.- I took a family room which is recommended for 3 adults so I expected the drink maker facilities and toiletries should be enough for 3 adults but it didn't.- the pool was closed.- I asked for the room that is nearest to the elevator and lobby but given vice versa, maybe too many guests.- the food was great.

I recently stayed at Seri Malaysia Lawas for a short business trip. The hotel offers a no-frills experience at an affordable price. While the amenities were basic, it served its purpose as a budget-friendly option. We also had the meeting here, the meeting room was comfortable and good enough to cater to our needs. The location was convenient, close to the riverfront and some restaurants. If you're looking for a place to rest your head without breaking the bank, Seri Malaysia Lawas gets the job done.

bilik luas..cantik..selesa...cuma servis tuala hantar lambat..petang bru tuala dihantar ke bilik...lama iolls kena tunggu tauu..huhu..kat dewan makan xde telur..hotel2 lain ade je telur mkn..xkisah telur goreng ke, telur rebus ke..semoga dapat dipertingkatkn lagi mutu hotel ini😉
