不错的酒店，靠近城镇。

Clean and strategicalli located.

This was the worst hotel I ever booked. It is inconvenient for elderly as there are no lifts. The rooms were very dirty and smelly. Toilets were extremely dirty especially the toilet bowl. Pipes in the toilet were leaking too. It is stated in app that the check in time is 2 pm but when I arrive the hotel receptionist said the check in time was at 3 pm. I requested for connecting rooms upon booking and they said the rooms were not ready. Managed to check in only one room first and decided to check out right away. However the management only refunded one room since I have checked in earlier. Overall extremely disappointed. Since it was weekend and convocation season I really suffered to find another hotel. All were fully booked. Not coming back here again.

Memang best hotel seri Malaysia ni selesa staf² hotel layanan yang sangat baik tq hotel seri Malaysia.

Better than last year check in

Had problems with the electrical system for the room. It did not light up when key inserted into slot each time I came in. However, they were swift to entertain me. Tv channel is extremely limited to tv9 , 8 & various shopping channels only. Please make a complaint to myview for this unpleasant situation.

Bilik 204 aircond lama dan rosak.

good service, nice room and good location

The room was okay. Just the toilet bowl and place for washing hand in the toilet, is not well maintained. It's in yellowish color.

friendly entertainment during check in session

My family and I feel very happy and satisfied with the service from the staff and the condition of the room. Its different from hotel seri malaysia at Ipoh. The service is very bad. We made a booking for a family room but the staff gives us oku room. The staff mention that the room is fully booked and only mention oku room after payment has been made. Hopefully do not repeat again. Other than that the food at coffee house is good. Thank you.

Service bad...and it's my first and last stay..

We stayed for one night. The room was spacious & clean.

Tempat ok tapi tandas dalam bilik kurang memuaskan.

Layanan staf yang baik, makanan sedap. Jaringan WiFi kurang memuaskan.

Semuanya okay bagi saya kecuali kemudahan untuk pelanggan kurang upaya (OKU) untuk naik ke bilik.

this hotel is suitable for anyone who has a big family which this hotel have a big room and complete facilities. But this hotel doesn't suitable for them that cant climb up the stairs because there is no lift provided.. overall ok.. service ok.. the staff can be trusted.
