Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Besonders positiv war die gute Lage, nur etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Megapark entfernt. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Helt ok standard på hotellet för vad det kostar. Ligger i ett nedgånget område där det inte kändes tryggt. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen, från gatan samt från korridoren. Vi sov inte särskilt mycket då det var störande ungdomsgäng både på hotellet och ute på gatan. Bytte hotell efter en natt.

냉장고 있고 리셉션오픈시간(8-14시)에는 전기주전자빌려 쓸수 있어요. 주변 호텔에 비해 저렴했고 위치나 컨디션도 좋네요.

Very nice hotel, really happy with it. Extremely clean and tidy, room, bathroom and common areas are spotless and clean. Room was lovely and spacious. Nice big terrace too. Staff was kind and great, helping us always with a smile. Thank you all! The only bad thing to say is the noise: very difficult to sleep at night with all those drunk guys si going and screaming in the middle of the night. Area is good and safe, but far too noisy at night

Perfekt room

The bathroom here was terrible. The toilet was on one side of the room and the sink on another, so if you got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you got to stumble to two locations to go. Both bathrooms were tiny. I had to straddle the toilet to close the door. They both were an annoying half step taller than the bathroom - another fun feature when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. And the shower literally was a one square foot area base. I was claustrophobic taking a shower. The area is also disgusting. Not the hotel's fault, but with so many nice places on the island, paying $200 to stay at this hotel in this area was ridiculous.

Es war OK, nichts Weltbewegendes Nachts rannten ein paar Zwielichtige Gestalten rum, aber das passiert überall am Ballermann. Zimmerservice kam erst nach zweifacher Aufforderung, Handtücher wurden hierbei nicht gewechselt. Man hätte die tote Taube auf dem Vordach entfernen können. . Zum Blossen Schlafen reicht das Hotel aber im Wesentlichen aus

Very good clean

Gute Austattung der Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich war mit Freunden zum Ballermann Urlaub, also brauchten wir nur ein Bett und dafür war es Super vor allem dafür, dass es nur ein 1-Stern-Hotel ist. Der Check-In musste an einem Automaten gemacht werden und hier der Tip, die Personaldaten manuell eingeben, nicht den Perso scannen, das hat nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten war alles top. Kaffee gab es einen Kaffeeautomat und es gab gleich 2 Kioske in Sichtweite.

Amazing

Garaut Petit was perfect for our 3 night stay. Easy digital check-in when we arrived late, VERY clean, daily service of room, clean towels etc and mini fridge was much appreciated. All great for our purposes. Only negatives were small room- but i knew this and was given option to change. No kettle, which i didnt expect. I will definitely return though, as great location near beach.

The hotel is small. Our room could not be described as spacious, either. However, it is very centrally located in s'Arenal not to mention that is has excellent connectivity to both Palma de Mallorca airport and the city. Our room had a mansard style balcony, with views over the streets and the square. The check-in process was fully automated, we did not see or speak to anyone. It was all codes and cards. Very 2022, but it did work and we only stayed the night so not a big drawback.

A very good stopover place. Convenient and close to the airport. Very helpful staff.

L’hotel dispone di armadietti per depositare le valige molto comodi come l’accesso con codice che ti danno. L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione perché si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di palma e alle varie fermate dell’ autobus

Schönes kleines Hotel, mit süßen Zimmern. Ebenfalls hatten wir einen riesen hroßem balkon mit sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man darf keinen Lucus erwarten, aber kleines Hotel mit ganz viel Charme!

Sauber und vollkommene ausreichend für einen Ballermann Urlaub. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit

The staff were helpful and friendly, the check-in was smooth. However, the property doesn’t worth the price we paid, the bed was uncomfortable, the furniture and shower were old. For a people who taking a car, it was quite hard to find a parking area.

Einfach, aber alles sehr sauber. Richtig gut geschlafen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Bushaltestelle für die Verbindung zum Flughafen auch nicht weit entfernt
