房間的清潔須再加強，其中一個枕頭有味道，只好擺再旁邊不敢使用。

雖然比較老舊，但就是喜歡充滿風土情的感覺，職員服務頗誠懇親切，每天也有兩次房間清潔服務。食物美味可口，買的是all inclusive package，所以每天也吃喝甚多，而剛巧其中一天是除夕晚餐，廚師們很用心的弄了很多食物裝飾，讓人賞心悅目，除島上的佈置外，酒店和餐廳也送了一些小禮物和裝扮飾物，還有倒數跨年活動，令節日氣氛十分濃厚。入住的是水上屋，每天看著美麗的大海，每夜聽著海浪聲睡覺，實在舒心，還可以直接下水浮潛，看到很多不同的魚類，還有小鯊魚、魔鬼魚等，不用參與另外的水上活動已能看到。最可惜的是觀賞海豚活動未能成功看到海豚，而另外因天氣關係—太大風，幾天已報名的幾項活動也被取消，唯有自己去浮潛，但也大風得海水也變混濁，站也站不穩，也拍不到美照，甚為可惜。最後，離開那天最後一班speedboat是3:30，而我們的班機是8:55，便安排了馬累市的觀光活動給我們，也是夠貼心的。

The island is ok but the staff is rude and unhelpful. No one will respond to your email before you arrive.The transport is two hours late for a ridiculously high charge. Not much to chose in the buffet. You could get a much better service in other resort for this price. You are just paying for the beach. Would not stay here again.

We stayed there for 4 nights 4 people went. Over water villa, nice rooms. Housekeeping kept our room nice and clean every day.The place is very nice, numerous sea life. Sea turtles, star fish, sea slugs etc. Guests are mainly European, switizish and French. We got all inclusive package, drinks are good, food is eatable (Do not expect much ). The 1st meal we had, we did not know only one server serve us, I asked any waiter for a coffee, he told me that i am not allowed to get coffee for free at the dining room even with the all inclusive package, he tild me to walk to the other bar to get it for free and bring it back to the dining room for free. That i thought it was ridiculous, I did as I was new and told. Then the next meal, I asked our waiter whether I can have coffee, he got it for me. That was one of the guy I had problem with. Others are ok. There were so so many mosquitoes as well. 3 cats are on the island, cat loves can bring them snacks. The golden one loves to be pat.

房間小蟲子太多～設施老舊

Resort整體不錯，但設施舊了一點，早午晚餐豐富，寧靜地渡了一個假期。

This my second time live in the resort and I cannot believe this happened to me.My departure time is 8:15pm but last boat is 3pm. However,I am fitting in with the boat time,I still cannot pay the room using until 2pm.That is surprised me.Resort say they are full today so the delay check out is impossible .However,I check room through the Internet which shows I still can make reservation.That was so disappointed at me.This is my second time here and I have delay check out at the first time.At that time,they told me this service before I asked.That was one of the reason I came back .However,this destroyed my last day because I check out 12pm.,waiting boat outside until 3:30pm.They told me I can take shower before I leave but that place is outside without door.I feel so bad.I still remember last year they give a room for only taking shower.

Hose reef around the Resort are very beautiful. Just wonder the check in service of Front Desk. on the day we check in, the staff passed us the keys without any introduce of facilities as well as what will be included in our 'All Inclusive Package', but after that, I heard a Resort Manager explained all what I want to know to a Western guest. Finally, the staff only showed us a direction to our guest room , then we had to carry our luggages by ourself by walk about 10 minutes.

訂了5間房間，其中一間特價房免費升等房型，還送了我們一頓免費的午餐，早中晚餐菜色變化很多，吃得非常滿足

雖然小島較舊，但設備完善。客房舒適，面對海灘，環境很寫意。水很清，很容易就可以跟魚類接觸。員工亦很親切。

以價錢而言，合理，一切合乎理想。但訂房時寫明有免費上綱，去到又話只係水上屋才有免費，HK根本冇水上屋訂。費時煩，俾錢啦，又弱到死。唉！

Great island with great clean beaches and calm environment with so much experience of the stad. So everything was so professional. Food was the top most great thing. And the nearby reefs are great for snorkeling. Diving center, evening activities at the club were also perfect.

The staff wete so friendly and helpful, it was my birthday while i was there so they decorated my table made me a cake and got lots of free drinks! Beautiful beaches and very quiet and tranquil.

nice staff helpful all of the time. Diving was awesome and dive staff went out of their way to help at all times. such small glasses at breakfast think the resort was hoping to sell more water bottles. some diners grabbed the lunch glasses for more water which I didn't do yet seemed reasonable. too many flies around the fruit station but no one seemed bothered

Amazing sea life, excellent excursions, awesome staff. Awesome location, amongst other things saw dolphins, ray fish and reef sharks every day. Great scuba diving experience.

Buon ristorante, buon servizio, camere molto confortevoli, reef non vicino alla spiaggia.

This is a beautiful island with an amazing house reef that even our 4 year old could easily enjoy. The staff go out of their way to help you and make the experience top rate. We will certainly be returning again!

Really nice resort for the time of coronavirus. Too many.facilities closed.imited access to restaurant and sporting . Social distance in place

It’s very near to the airport and we got to enjoy the whole island during our stay. The water sports personnel was very friendly and accommodating. WiFi was accessible in the whole island. One thing I didn’t like was the coordination of hotel transfer. They didn’t contact my previous hotel as was agreed upon the night and on the day of transfer. Also, our room didn’t have TV.
