首都公寓套房酒店 (Capital Residence Suites) 在很多方面都满足了我的期望。酒店虽然布置简洁，但整体保持了干净整洁，地理位置优越，方便客人探索周边地区。 工作人员热情友好，乐于助人，由于入住时间尚早，他们帮我搬运了行李。我的房间一尘不染，酒店也很乐意根据我的要求提供额外的便利设施。 WiFi 有时信号不稳定，但酒店的早餐非常美味，有各种简单却美味的选择。 然而，这家酒店真正与众不同之处在于它提供的免费服务。我的住宿包含城市观光，让我可以尽情探索当地景点，无需担心交通费用。此外，酒店还提供免费机场接送服务，让我的往返交通更加顺畅。 但这次住宿的真正亮点是我们的司机 Pak Boy 提供的卓越服务。他不仅知识渊博，对当地情况了如指掌，而且非常友好和礼貌。他的善良和热情给我的整体体验带来了很大的改变，我强烈推荐这家酒店给任何想要享受轻松愉快住宿的人。

一切都很完美。员工很乐于助人。猫咪很可爱。自动售货机很不错，可以买零食。房间里有饮水机，所以喝水不成问题。感谢上帝，因为文莱好像没什么便利店。房间里有熨衣板。沙发。床很舒服。 预订房间之前，我读到一篇评论说床很硬。对我来说，还可以。那位评论者肯定指的应该是水床，所以要知道这不是水床，不像五星级酒店的床。但睡起来还是很舒服的。至少我醒来时没有背痛。

Kind staffs, free shuttle to airport

Hotel location is excellent! Nearby everything I want to see. You can just walk around by yourself. They even provide free shuttle from/to airport for free and go an extra length by giving free shuttle to show you around Brunei! Staff services was the greatest, especially Boy! He is the sweetest driver with top-notch friendliness. The enthusiasm & positive energy really give us a pleasant experience in Brunei. You could see his passion and love of his job. The greatest person. Would definitely stay here again if I come back 👍🏻.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel provides pick-up and delivery service, which is definitely one of the most important points I chose to stay here. The driver, Boy, who brought us to the night market was very humorous. The location of the hotel is just nearby many travel spots; you can get a city tour by just walking around. Cons: The room air conditioner is not cold at all, even set at 18°C.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Apart from coffee and tea, they also have a hair dryer and iron in the room. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the airport and all Brunei's points of interest. The shuttle was a great help because you can't hail a taxi in the street in Brunei. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. They also helped us arrange a Dart Ride to other areas not covered by the shuttle. Dart was Brunei's ride-hailing app, and unfortunately, we (tourists) can't register due to some system difficulties. It's better and cheaper than a taxi. Thank you to the hotel staff for the hospitality and arranging our transport while we were there.

Pilihan yang tepat jika berkunjung ke Brunei. Tersedia shuttle bus untuk ke tempat wisata dan airport. Shuttle bus ini sangat membantu karena di Brunei agak sulit mencari transportasi umum. Sarapannya juga lumayan.

Kelebihan hotel ini selain dekat ke pusat kota, hotel ini juga menyediakan Free shuttle ke dan dari bandara dan free shuttle ke tempat wisata. Sangat memudahkan. Kita tinggal telp ke resepsionis untuk booking sejam sebelum pergi. Disediakan sajadah untuk shalat.

Very comfortable and clean. Ample parking space. Breakfast provided, the foods were tasty. Walking distance to shops nearby, but not many shops to visit, hard to find local restaurant only mamak restaurants available, hard to find convenience store as well.

My stay was superb. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I booked the king deluxe room. The room was spacious. So worth it. The best is the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and fro airport and many selected tourist locations. I highly recommend this hotel. Getting aroybd brunei using public transport is so hard, so the free shuttle serviced is so useful and very convenient.

Nice foods and services. Hospitality and helpful staff. Quiet good and comfortable rooms. And the free shuttle that will ready to take you everywhere tourist destination in Bandar Seri Begawan except for Jerudong will cost BN$ 15-30.

Booked a room for 3 days but extended our stay for another 2 days and it was a pleasant experience overall. The management and staff was responsive and courteous. Got a room upgrade at a very very reasonable rate, considering this is at a strategic area. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable 🙏🏼😊

Ke Brunei wajib menginap di sini. Antar jemput airport hotel airport, shuttle bus terjamin. Tidak akan bingung lagi biaya taksi/bus. Semua sudah diurus dengan sangat baik dari tim The Capital. Kamar luas ada ruang santai, ruang makan, dapur, tempat cuci baju komplit. Breakfast enak. Terima kasih chef saleh dari Indonesia. Makanannya enak.
