Good staff, breakfast was ok. Just enough western food to save your sanity. The room was the size of a shoebox. Good service.

Nice place to stay for a short stopover and reasonable price with great service.

Reasonably price hotel with great passionate staff service. It would be good if hotel name can also display in English at the front entrance. This would be very helpful to non Japanese speaking visitors.

Small indoor onsen... but wonder if it is just hot water rather than natural onsen....

Hotel was awesome, way better than I expected. Local is good very close to train station and the lake.

Brsides check in and only some staff beeing friendly it was an over all good experiance. I wish that the staff would care more about the guests! The hotel was managed ok. The facility is in a bit poor condition and needs some care. Floors are a bit dirty and it makes an over all a bit older apperance even in the "new" part of the building. Worst part is the cold LED lighting. Not a hood atmosphere and makes the place cold and not very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had booked the three to four people rooms, and it was quite spacey for us three in a room. However it was hard to find the location of the hotel at the beginning.

古い旅館ながら、清掃やリノベーションに力を入れている感じが伝わってくる。 ただ、滞在期間中たまたまなのか外国人宿泊者がいて、温泉のマナーが悪く楽しめなかったのが残念。 外国人宿泊者がいる時には温泉の見回りを増やすか、案内を外国語で記す等の工夫が必要だと感じた。 温泉は洗い場が少なく感じた。

駅も近く、駅にレンタカーもありアクセサが良かった、難を言えば 、新館のエレベーター前のホールの、高価そうなカーペットにシミがたくさんあり、専門の人にとって貰えば落ちるような⁉️勿体無いなと思いました❗️

温泉、部屋、きれいでよかったです。 また利用したくなるような旅館でした。

スタッフの方々は皆様、素晴らしかったです。 展望風呂は気持ちが良かったのですが、1階のお風呂は狭い、またドライヤーが1台しかなく、残念でした。 部屋にもドライヤーはありますが、出力が低いので長い髪の私には不十分でした。 テレビの映りが悪いのと残念でした。 朝食もあまり新鮮味がありませんでした。 ですが、本当にスタッフの皆様方は爽やかで素晴らしかったです。 ロビーのドリンクサービスも良かったし、それを部屋に持ち帰ることができることも良かったです。 何度も書きますが、スタッフの皆様は本当に感じが良くて、素晴らしかったです！！！ お世話になりました。

まず、車で行きましたが、正面入り口に誰もいないので、どこに駐車して良いのかわかりませんでした。結果的にはバレットパーキングでしたので、それも書いておいてくれたら良いと思います。食事はとても美味しいです。残念なのは、早く終わらせて欲しいのか、出てくるペースが早いので、途中でペースを落とすようお願いしたら、その後は大丈夫でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、エアコンの効きが今ひとつであったり、ウォッシュレットの設置がガタガタしていました。フロントやスタッフの対応はとても感じよかったと思います。

諏訪花火節，露天泡湯賞花火，感受直入心，如同夜晚的床墊一樣令人感動！

従業員の階段に埃が溜まっていた。部屋のトイレの横の玄関奥に蜘蛛の糸発見。 花火は新館の展望露天風呂から綺麗に見えた。首都圏の花火と違い見物人が少ない感じだった。

立地便利。コストパフォーマンス良好。

Quite good with traditional Japanese Ryokan style except Wi-Fi is only available at the lounge but not at the room

フロアスタッフの方々が暖かくそして親切に私たちを迎えてくださったおかげで、とても快適に過ごせました。 なめらかな泉質の掛け流し温泉は通好みで、さすが老舗旅館と感じさせてくれます。最上階の展望風呂からは諏訪湖を一望でき心身ともに大いにリフレッシュできました。願わくばもう少し浴槽が大きければなどとと思ってしまいましたが、だとしたらこのお値打ち価格では泊まれませんでしょうし、総合的にはとても満足しています。

The hot spring was very comfortable, but the room was regrettable. It was soiled with brown water in the prepared teapot. Black mold generated a prepared moist hand towel.
