Nice location. Rooms are new and clean. Strange design? Easily make the whole toilet wet when shower!

Breakfast is eaten at the club, but the hotel charges more than the club. Recommend not including breakfast.

The room was clean and the property staff were wonderful and very helpful. ​The Bad: ​Noise: Constant slamming of the clear doors on the second floor throughout the night. ​Dining: Breakfast at the club was terrible poorly made coffee. The server, Oksana, was rude and abrupt, making us feel like an inconvenience entering for breakfast with our young family. Overall the club has some fantastic facilities.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The upgrade was a great surprise and the room was lovely. Very quiet Thanks

I hope not. I didn't notice as we leave pets at home. What bar? Had to make your way to the nearby RSL club either around the block or through the lararinth of carparks

Nothing was terribly wrong, but nothing stood out as being terribly terrific. At best the room was average.

Great hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having the club walking distance, next door, was fantastic, we ate there every night. The antique shop next door was a bonus and being close to other shops made the trip very enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay, I thought the location was great, rooms were lovely and good price but I really didn’t enjoy that there was no window in the room, you could look out it but there was no proper ventilation (meaning you couldn’t open the window) so the got very hot and stuffy very quick despite using the aircon and you couldn’t air the room out without opening the door but you didn’t want to do that all the time due to privacy reasons and obviously you couldn’t do it overnight.

Very central to shop and get around.
