服务一流，推荐入住

从申请中请求连接房间，但到前台后，他们却说没有房间。

总体来说还可以，但是房间里的电视只有一个频道，其他频道都没声音。我已经跟酒店管理人员反映过了，他们说会派维修人员来，但是一直没来。我们本来是来度假住两晚的，所以很失望。除此之外，洗澡也没有热水。其他方面都还可以。

一切都很好，我在这里住过两次。

这是我第二次入住这里，房间还可以，服务还可以，食物还可以，地理位置优越，一切都还可以。

酒店有点老旧，但还不错，一直是我去梳邦的首选酒店，就在商场里面……很容易找到吃的……谢谢。

住宿条件好，位置便利，靠近各处。

房间和浴室的清洁度有待提高（例如，床单上有污渍）。另外需要注意的是，入住时间是下午3点，而不是房源信息中显示的下午2点。

Highly disappointed with the condition of the property. The maintenance was extremely poor. The curtains and bed sheets had stains which made the room feel unclean. There was also a musty smell throughout the room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Given the price, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. I expected much better quality and cleanliness for the rate they charge. Would not recommend.

This hotel has good potential but it is bad as it is old and outdated. The curtains were torn. The bed was bad and can feel the springs. The room was dirty and dusty. The bathroom is bad and dirty and water kept getting stuck. No cleanliness in the bathroom. Switches dont work and as seen from pictures are dirty. I wont recemond this hotel. You have to pay for parking. We pay so much for the room. The least the management can do is to subsidise the parking for guest.

Old, but OK. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is strategic. Parking is plenty.

The wifi is not working, mobiles and laptop couldn't connect, not for Mac book pro and samsung S10. I have complained to the front office 3x about the wifi and asked for another room since they couldn't do anything although they sent someone to help us , however they didn't care with my request and no sincere apology to us. It's a room for 2 but they only gave 1 toothbrush and when they made our bed, the housekeeping forgot to put everything back accordingly. Their service is bad and very disappointing !!! The reason I still stayed until Wednesday because I've paid for the room. This hotel is not qualified for 4 star

I get the room number (1320) very disappointed the aircond not cooling well and the bed very noisy sound and tv display not clear shower pipe not working properly they need to improve they room setup not perfect
