Highly disappointed with the condition of the property. The maintenance was extremely poor. The curtains and bed sheets had stains which made the room feel unclean. There was also a musty smell throughout the room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Given the price, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. I expected much better quality and cleanliness for the rate they charge. Would not recommend.

This hotel has good potential but it is bad as it is old and outdated. The curtains were torn. The bed was bad and can feel the springs. The room was dirty and dusty. The bathroom is bad and dirty and water kept getting stuck. No cleanliness in the bathroom. Switches dont work and as seen from pictures are dirty. I wont recemond this hotel. You have to pay for parking. We pay so much for the room. The least the management can do is to subsidise the parking for guest.

Old. But OK. Staff is friendly helpful. Location strategic. Parking is plenty.

The wifi is not working, mobiles and laptop couldn't connect, not for Mac book pro and samsung S10. I have complained to the front office 3x about the wifi and asked for another room since they couldn't do anything although they sent someone to help us , however they didn't care with my request and no sincere apology to us. It's a room for 2 but they only gave 1 toothbrush and when they made our bed, the housekeeping forgot to put everything back accordingly. Their service is bad and very disappointing !!! The reason I still stayed until Wednesday because I've paid for the room. This hotel is not qualified for 4 star

I get the room number (1320) very disappointed the aircond not cooling well and the bed very noisy sound and tv display not clear shower pipe not working properly they need to improve they room setup not perfect

simple room for short business stay is good. need a little brightening of room as now a little gloomy.

Selesa tinggal d hotel ni. Bilik yang luas, bersih & centre antara airport & bandar KL. Saya dah 2 kali menginap d hotel memang selesa dan berbaloi.👍👍👍

Equipment rosak, restoran cawan tak bersih, ada lipstick.

There was no bellboy to help carry our luggage, concierge staff was busy talking aside. Front desk staff were all putting on an emotionless expression with no smiley faces as if we have annoyed them with our presence. The staff are all rude and did not greet the guests. The rooms are all not well maintained with holes here and there. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned as there were dirt all over. Only gave a set of toiletries upon knowing that it was a room for 2 person. Curtains and tables were all so dusty as if it were abandoned. Table lamp is broken and not functioning but they didn't do anything about it. No safety box, no room slippers are provided. Amount of CCTV is insufficient, maximum 1/2 per floor which cannot cover every angle. Small gymnasium and pool.

Old furnitures, air conditioning not cool enough. I've stayed in this hotel frequently since 2010 and it's getting worst each time I stayed. Last one was the final straw.

The aircond is too slow even already 1 hour open. There's no paip air. We need to 'cebok' ourself and no baldi some more how we want to 'cebok'? We need to go to the sink and return to back again ah? But your customer service is good. Thank you.
