Somehow when we went to check in, we had two rooms booked. The general manager(I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name) was so very helpful in getting a hold of the right people to cancel one of the bookings. Everything was great!

Comfortable and clean

Receptionist did not greet us coming in. Bathroom in the room was incredibly small. Pool area did not have towels. Breakfast was out of nearly everything and staff member working that area was rude to visitors.

Nice hotel

Clean, well-kept rooms with a lakeside view. The shower was interesting: not enclosed, so water seeped across the threshold, and you have to step around the toilet to get to it. My only real complaint is that the water took 5-10 minutes to heat up. Overall, the facility is very nice and preferable to many other accommodations.

Very nice staff but you can start to see the wear and tear. The hostas out front do not look good, my luggage cart needed lubrication badly, the carpeting in the hall was stained. The breakfast was excellent.

Had my reservation printed out and keys made. Not a long wait to check in

Breakfast got busy at 9am and although there were staff in the breakfast area, we had to ask for glasses and for food refills. They were taken care of promptly, though.

They must allow pets because when I went to climb into bed I noticed that there was pet hair on the pillows and sheets. I found random other hair in the bathroom :(

I like the location of being on the lake and proximity to downtown.

The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The hot tub worked well. The hotel was in excellent shape.

Clean room, staff was helpful and friendly, bike path access right off the building, restaurant connected to the hotel does takeout and is open late
