Nice place to stay , I will be back to stay again

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful!

Breakfast, the milk was dated June 4 and it was on June 4. I was looking for a best before date that was newer, and the breakfast staff brought me 1 milk out from the kitchen. Breakfast today, Sat June 6, milk was dated old and sour. Yewwwww

Pool not operating, no discount, breakfast eggs gross

Excellent staff, excellent checkin, excellent room, this property was fantastic. The only thing I noticed was the hottub had brown stains/mold possibly, at the bottom of it which made me avoid using it. Also at breakfast no butter was available, only margarine ( gross and unhealthy ) definitely one of my biggest pet peeves lately when restaurants don’t offer butter ! Will most likely stay here again though.

The rooms i stayed in were clean but seemed very used and worn, wall paper scuffs and rips, hole in wall behind bathroom door, you could hear door closing in the hall, and the vibe was off. Also the hot tub was in need of cleaning, it was all foamy. The staff didn't reall6 seem friendly as well, not even a smile. I wont stay here again.

Parking is good , room was clean but the walls were discoloured the bedding falling apart. I was expecting more from a newer hotel. It was however very clean and quiet. The buffet couldn’t keep up no regular coffee fruit depleted. Overall good selection though.

Loved the hotel

Very clean hotel. The room, lobby and breakfast rooms were all well maintained. breakfast was really good with omelettes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, plus the usual continental breakfast stuff. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean as well. Breakfast service staff are very friendly. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve found in Thunder Bay.
