Stayed for three nights with no WiFi, and the issue wasn’t fixed even after speaking to the front desk. On the last night at 1:30 am, there was an emergency evacuation announcement — it was quite scary.

1. The toilet does not flush unless you place your hand inside the cistern and activate the mechanism manually. Unbelievable, we are not in a third world country. 2. The airconditioning in the main living area must have a blocked condensation pipe, as it poured water out all over the floor. We used the inner of the rubbish bin was used as a bucket to collect the water and unit was turned off. Bucket filled twice (which was handy to flush the toilet with). 3: I am sure the couch use to be made of leather. It has perished baldy and has been acknowledged by placing a grandma crocheted throw over the top. This is extremely disappointing. And... There wasn't even an apology. It was just an "ok, thanks for that, I'll get a handyman on to it" as we departed. There's your feedback and enquiry. Alister

Room was depressing definitely not a 4 star hotel we didn’t stay booked somewhere else expensive weekend

TV wasn’t working and couldn’t be replaced/fixed. TV was also the size of a computer monitor, if you have bad eyesight forget it. The couch had a loose cover on it that kept falling down and the couch underneath was cheap worn vinyl.

Room was spacious enough and location is good. Carpet was stained and dirty. Internet was so slow and couldn’t stream anything. TV’s screen size is small and couch really needs to be changed.

No air conditioning in any room worked property, very uncomfortable sleep cause couldn’t get room cooled down. No txt sent for checkin, had to call multiple times, and the smell of garbage throughout building was to the point of being unbearable. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Nice appartment a bit worne down

Quick, friendly check-in. Our three-bedroom apartment had plenty of space for the family, and the in-room amenities were perfectly adequate. The room itself is a little tired stained carpets, marked furniture and walls in need of a repaint but it still suited our needs comfortably. The location is excellent, close to dining and shops, and the pool is a good size and very clean. Overall, a good stay and we’d happily return.

Everything was perfect, especially Jamie on Reception. After a long day behind the wheel she was super courteous, clear with instructions and made me feel relaxed. Nothing was problem for her and even gave me some local advice on where to get food/drinks etc. The room was super clean and tidy

Both of the air conditioners leaked a lot of water, hate to think how much mould is in the carpets, health hazard, would not stay here again.

Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were fine. Carpet was pretty bad and needs replacing. Photos on Hotels.com for this room showed a bath tub. There was none in the room I stayed in. Photos should be for the room you are booking

Staff, clean

Great building, plenty of parking, nice pool. The dryer in my room didn't work and some of the amenities were a bit dated. Gym equipment could use upgrading.

Foxtel did not work. Lights were out. Was not serviced each day we were there. For the price it was not acceptable.

Aircon was broken

Great accommodation for our two families, 4 adults and 4 children. Large living spaces. Very clean. Kids loved the pool .

The apartment was beautiful. The property is well located a short walk to the centre of town.

Great property, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and well presented. Cooking and clothes washing facilities. Good location, within walking distance to food options and the East Shore parklands. Nice pool and bbq area, secure parking.
