Hotelnya suram, kesannya jadi bagaimana gitu, pelayanan tidak bagus dan tarif ke bandara mahal banget padahal tidak begitu jauh, pokoknya tidak oke, wakanannya jorok. Sempit pula, tidak recommended deh.

I stay here for 4 nights in backpacker room. 6 bunk beds for female. It's super clean and spacious. All good except no towel. I got no problem with that. Bring your own towel ok!

I have been staying here for a transit to catch my flight for more than 5 times. Female dorm was perfect.

This hotel is bad for one of receptionist service. He is so bad to serve the customer. I don't want to be back this hotel again. I hope this hotel put the right person to be receptionist.

Actually for cleaning is good, the bad or even the worst is one of the receptionist man, i forget his name. And he has a bad attitude to the customer, he didn't know how to serve customer. Because of him, I promise not to book there anymore. That day after he served me bad, i didn't stay there and i booked other hotel just near from sri packers hotel.

Best hotel for backpacker because clean, quiet and friendly staff ready to serve us. Best recommended.

非常舒适。前台24小时开放，但需要到对面的酒店办理入住。非常方便，因为卫生间就在房间内，大厅也有。

Agak jauh dari airport sekitar 20 menit naik grab (tarif 60 RM untuk 5-6 seater)

Hotel bersih, nyaman, tapi ternyata lokasi hotel jauh dari airport dan butuh 35 menit menggunakan taxi ke lokasi hotel, dan sutle bus yang disediakan hotel menuju bandara ternyata tidak gratis, tapi bayar per orang 11 RM dan kalau jam malam kena dua kali lipat dari harga normal.

saya tiba di klia2 jam 00:30 dan lupa order shuttle car. lalu saya email hotel dan mereka langsung merespon dengan segera mengirim shuttle car. thanks

Hotel yang nyaman dan terjangkau untuk transit. Walau hanya memesan kamar dorm, kebersihan dan kenyamanannya memuaskan dan di luar ekspektasi. Airport shuttle juga tersedia dengan harga yang terjangkau.

Sarapan standard Sesuai harga, tidak ada lift kalau bawa barang banyak Susah, tapi kalau untuk transit ok lah, setiap hotel di Malaysia kena pajak foreign 10RM
