很好！！服务，房间，温泉真的什么都好！！！ this place is wonderful with amazing service, i will go back again with family :) Enjoy hotsprings in the snow and star gazing at night. What a relaxing vacation. Also, they offer amazing breakfast and dinner (included in the stay).

住宿地方有好有壞，優點：自然環境很美，晚上能看到滿天繁星，早晚餐均有水準。缺點：房間燈光很暗，地方有點殘舊，地點過於僻靜

The hotel is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We were impressed when we stepped into the room because it was spacious, having separate sitting area and sleeping area. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, offering hospitality to us and other guests. We did enjoy the meals prepared for us during our stay there. What surprised us most was the starry night, having numerous bright stars shining in the sky. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

ペッドの硬さも丁度良く、枕も良かったので眠れました。静かで、部屋の感じも素敵でした。１点だけ鍵の開け締めがやりにくかったです。お世話になりました。

大人のリゾートでとてもリラックスして過ごせました。ディナーも朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

関西からの旅行でした。周囲を雄大な自然に囲まれ、部屋の広さと質、清潔感、食事、大浴場(温泉)共にレベル高く満足でした。

大変良かったです。また利用させていただきます。

20年ぶりの宿泊でしたが、とてもくつろぐ事ができました。 お部屋からの景観が少し残念でした。

施設内容は最高です、携帯の充電設備があれば、もっとよし。

Perfect location if you want to avoid the noise and the crowd of the cities

Stayed for 1 NT. The rooms are dark, dated and musty…but clean. Many hotels were full due to Public hokidays. Food and service was good especially their Japanese course dinner. There is no where elae to have food outside The bathroom seriousky needs upgrading.

客室は思ったより古く 田舎のロッジの様な感じでした。でもお食事がとても美味しかったです。

We had a car incident forcing us to not arrive until 9pm, way past their checkin and dinner time. We told them that we will be late and they were so accommodating. We did not expect they would still have dinner for us (included in price), but to our surprise, they had their receptionist, restaurant staff and chef waiting for us - just us!! We still had our full course meal!! We were so touched and so thankful. They were so kind!! Thank you. 200% service!!

Absolutely superb can’t praise this place enough, breathtaking beauty of setting; service, staff, place impeccable. Only drawback is getting to the resort but again resonate did a lot to help, shuttle bus to Yufu helps as Yufu is a good transport hub and advisory service, it took these information services (one in Beppu, one in Yufu) to make me aware of the service.

子連れだったのですが、夕食時のスタッフさんの細やかな気遣いが有難かったです。

紅殻の湯という、鉄分の多い赤い温泉がこのホテルの特徴です。泉源が不足気味だったのか、温泉が以前より、薄かった。
