干净整洁。员工友好热情。 步行即可到达旅游景点。 早餐也很棒！

这家酒店虽然老旧，但依然魅力十足。我们订的房间很小（不确定是不是豪华房），但仍然足够舒适。卫生间宽敞干净。床很大，但枕头闻起来很难闻（有股难闻的体味）。早餐种类丰富，而且步行到槟城景点也很方便👍🏼

各方面都很棒，尤其是友好的员工和美味的早餐，一定会再来的！

Hotel ini jauh dari hospital, sekitar 5 km. Cari makanan ada tapi tidak begitu banyak seperti di tengah kota. Tapi kalau mau cari ketenangan di sini tempat yang cocok. Lokasi dekat dengan dermaga kapal pesiar. Kamar cukup luas. Breakfast banyak pilihan. Ada tempat gym. Kolam renang bagus dengan air asin sehingga badan relaks. Pelayanan sangat ramah.

Great stay.. The hotel smells soo good and makes me feel calm 😚. Breakfast was awesome. There are a variety of choices of roti canai that were made when requested. Gonna repeat this hotel 😍

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. When we arrived, it was still a little early and the room was not ready. So, the hotel did a pre-check in for us and invited us to use the hotel facilities whilst waiting for the room. We spent some time at the pool which we enjoyed, after which we were able to get the keys and entered our room. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had a partial view of the sea. There was a cruise ship docked at the port and that was quite an interesting view out of the window. Breakfast was fantastic. There were plenty of choices and mostly really good.

Our sheets (under the blanket) were stained in multiple areas on arrival. We called housekeeping and they were promptly changed.

Well managed hotel consistent with the Royale Chulan brand. More comfortable seating in deluxe rooms would be appreciated. Most rooms have chaise longue seating. Small sofas are a lot more comfortable and should be considered with current renovations. Breakfast very good- variety and quality and house keeping was outstanding. I will continue to choose Royale Chulan accommodation in Malaysia.

Kakitangan hotel mesra & membantu. Makanan sedap & pelbagai. Waktu saya parkir di tingkat 3, staf kata lif turun rosak. 1-2 kali saya parkir di hadapan hotel saja.

Lokasi amat strategis, ke pusat kuliner dan pusat kota dekat, kamar nyaman dan luas, fasilitas baik sekali, puas menginap di sini.

The hotel is nice, just that there's some lights that are not functioning. There's a lot more lights inside the room, so it's not so big of an issue. The right side of the bed doesn't have a plug point, another small detail as well, not a big deal. For the value that I'm paying for, I think it's worth it.

Room Access card not working, faulty phone, TV remote and safe box not working. Tampered bathroom necessities. Request to clean my room not done during my entire stay.

What a hotel :) Not a 5-star, but the service is so friendly, so helpful, and easy to find.

The hotel location is really strategic… It is really close to the heritage street and surrounded by many beautiful buildings…. The only complaint I got is only for the cleaning time, as we stay there the time for room cleaning is really unfortunate. There is 1 day when our room was not cleaned up. Other than that everything is perfect.

Strategic location. Nearby to hawkers, banks, street art, little India. Wide spread of breakfast.
