Service is bad, employee reaction is slow, and there is no door man or safety guard at the front door. most time there is no one at the lobby.

4 of our colleagues we stayed 4 nights, and while we checked out on Nov 9th 7AM, front desk said that they can't access to system at 7AM, will send receipt to us via email in 2 hours. However, we received nothing after waiting for 2 days, and their phone number has no one answer all the time. I had very bad experience of it. Will never stay there again.

A nice hotel with friendly staff always ready to assist with any questions. Housekeeping, towel changes, replenishment of bottled water, and tea/coffee supplies are done daily. It offers good value for the price, although it does need some repairs, especially in the bathroom.

Terrible customer service, when complaining we were made to think we were in the wrong. They didn’t clean our room once after asking/calling multiple times daily! The wifi is terrible/non existent. You almost gave my friend food poisoning from raw chicken! Nothing is good about this hotel, it stinks of smoke (even in the non smoking rooms). Will never come back, stay away from this place!

Everything about the The Hotel was excellent. The front staff and the The cleaners were extraordinary. However, the restaurant and its The staffs are awful. The breakfast is a joke, the Omelette guy Is never there. I ordered a burger, and I was brought a bloody cold burger. Restaurant hour Is inconsistent. Sometimes their no lunch or dinner.

Service horrible: appel de la réception au milieu de la nuit (4h du matin), refus d envoyer la facture et aucune attention pour le client: ils m ont appelé toutzs les deux minutes pour me dire qu un chauffeur m attendait alors que je venais d être prévenu que je devais changer de hôtel....

Decent accommodation. The neighborhood is average but location not bad for meetings in Riyadh. A bit disappointed at gym being renovated so not clean with equipment being visibly dirty. Also the Internet was really bad and very spotty. Other than that room was clean and when I asked for extra coffee and water they were happy to help. System could use improvement as they had to verify that I already paid and that took about 10 minutes.

Who is bad experience with this hotel was very very dirty and the bathroom smell all over the room change to room same smell I spoke to the general manager and he did not do anything to improve the smell of the bathrooms and he start arguing with me

I arrived late at night and only stayed for one night. Hotel staff were pleasant, room was clean and services.
