The staffs are nice. The room is clean but quite a lot insect in the lagoon villas. The environment is perfect.The food is excellent. The service and arrangement is nice. The only bad thing is that the Chinese mainlanders and the babies are very noisy.

We spend a 5 days trip for our 15 years anniversary there. The hotel service is excellent and the reception staffs were sincere and helpful to facilitate check in process. We lived in pool villa and lagoon villa, the rooms were nice and spacious, with good view on sunrise and sunset. The coral was very nice and plenty of fishes like putting yourself in fish tank. I would recommend this resort to all my friends.

We stayed at Beach Villa for 1 night and Water Villa for 2 nights. Both are excellent. There are many coral surrounding the resort. We played snorkelling around and took many beautiful photos. We even found turtle at the coral area outside the water sport Center. I saw the devil fishes, the sharks, the eels and so on during fish feeding daily at night. It’s a place that u don’t want to leave.

五晚沙屋，感觉客房零食补充和个人用品补充都很随性，一共两个房间，有的房间补充这个，有的房间补充那个。床的周围有个黑色的大宽边，一不小心就容易磕到腿，尤其晚上没开灯的时候，一定要小心。其他总体感觉都不错，一价全包确实没有负担，浮潜范围也大，吃的也不错。

酒店交通安排照顧週到, 由下飛機一刻開始已有專人照顧, 島上設備完善, 食物美味, 住得舒服, 環境美得如圖畫一樣, 酒店內每一個職員都親切友善, 每位員工都可以說三, 四種語言, 特別有一位叫 恩希的女職員, 曾在香港生活十年, 能說流利的廣東話, 普通話, 英語, 韓語, 在和太太入住的時間內, 為我們安排, 講解了很多有關酒店的設施和活動, 絕對是我們給酒店好評的其中一個主要原因.

I lived in water villa and lagoon villa, it was comfortable with beautiful view.All the food and drinks in Lily Maa and Bars are delicious.Staff are helper and nice.

the experience in lily beach was quite good. the room was clean and comfortable. the staff there was nice, they were very kind and polite. however the food there in Lily Maa could be better.

The resort was comfortable and clean. It also provided enough activities and excursions for our stay and we enjoyed most of them.

Our family had the first vacation in Maldives. We love it very much. There are so many things for everyone in the family to do. The snorkeling is really great. We spent a lot of time in the pool and at the beach. We also did scuba diving, the instructors are very good. The best part is the all the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room is cleaned twice a day. I am not crazy about the back porch for some reason. I wish it is open directly to the beach instead of having an extra walk way/ however, I am sure the design is like this for a good reason. Overall, our experience here have been great!

Superb experience with free buffet, water sport, and excellent services.

The staff was nice and helpful. There are many facilities that you can enjoy in the resort and you can always join the well-organized activities to spend the day.

5天4夜我們住的都是水上屋，房間的設備就如照片一般，每天房間會清潔2次，MINI BAR會補充一次，只是不知道為什麼像棉花棒這種備品卻從沒有補過，但是大部分時間都在浮潛，這種東西真的蠻需要的!! 浮潛環境很好，海洋生物種類很多，水也很乾淨清澈。 餐廳裡的服務人員都很友善，但是櫃台的中文服務人員態度就沒有很好，也許是因為我們英文不太好，而會中文的服務人員很忙碌，以致於有些問題沒辦法有效的解決。 全包式計劃提供2項自費的活動，原本想預約第2天，服務人員說已經額滿，於是就預約了第4天，但第3天入夜後天氣就不穩定，下雨且風大，我們依活動集合的時間到達集合點，卻告知我們天氣不好取消了，沒有提前通知也沒有任何補救措施。 入住期間看到很多遊客叫高爾夫球車代步，雖然我們覺得散步也沒有什麼不好，但有這項服務卻沒有告訴我們；回程的離島行程也是我們到櫃台詢問才說離開前一晚會送到房間。 以上舉例雖說不是什麼大問題，但讓人覺得沒有5星級飯店的價值，許多小事如果可以提前告知就可以讓顧客更有貼心的感覺，像離島行程，如果CHECK IN時就說離開前一晚會送到房間，我們就也不會提心吊膽。天氣不好要取消行程也是可預期的，但是卻沒有提前告知，直到到達集合地點，才告知我們取消了，事後也沒有任何協助更改預約的舉動或補救措施，讓我們感覺像是去麥當勞點了一個套餐，取餐時說薯條品質有問題缺貨，最後就只給我們漢堡和可樂！

Excellent sea view, especially for the water villa. It seems an isolated villa from the island. Very nice.
