I'm not really happy with the room cleaningness and also the door that direct us to air conditioner compressor without locked it … imagine if we have kids and suddenly they open the door and go through it and it doesn't have any barrier on it as well … please take this thing 's seriously … its for our safety as well … and one more thing. I founded the room was not clean which it I found a cigarette buts on the floor and inside the bathroom as well … even the toilet bowl wasn't clean … thank you.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was huge and the bed so comfy. Car park available but need to use coupon for weekdays.

Perkhidmatan sangat memuaskan. Bilik bersih, pekerja ramah, bilik besar, sesuai untuk yang berkeluarga. Tempat yang strategik, berdekatan dengan pusat bandar. Tempat makan banyak. Pemandangan menarik, dan saya sangat berpuas hati.

The staff were helpful when we asked to change the room. However the food service was beyond expectation. The food served in a normal plastic container when we ordered room service. When I request to change the sauce for my children's chicken chop, the staff told me that the hotel was out of stock for the sauce. 🙄 The staff answered us unprofessionally when we question them regarding the room service.

The room was okay, anyway the location without good sight.

The receptionist at the check in counter was extremely rude. He threw my identity card and then he threw the room key to me. I was standing in front of him over the counter and I handed him my identity card nicely and even greeted him politely. He could have returned my identity card by handing it back to me as I was within his reach. He mumbled a quick sorry but then he repeated it by throwing the key at me. I was travelling with 3 family members and we were all shocked to be treated that way. I asked for his name and was told that his name is Omar bout I'm not sure if it's his real name. The hotel was ok and I've booked a family suite for 4 persons. The only reason we booked this hotel because I wanted a room that accommodates 4 persons comfortably and it was spacious enough for the four of us.
