La ubicación es excelente, el hotel muy limpio y el personal muy amable

fue una sensación de desepcion y angustia , cuando mi reserva fue de tres habitaciones y solo me dieron una, el detalle es que. o había más habitaciones en un radio de 30 km

Todo muy bien; regresaría a este hotel.

Es lindo el hotel, solo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

Fui tontamente robado por hoteles.com y por Expedia no hubo reembolso y me robaron todavía más la misma cantidad que pagué por no hospedarme en el Hotel Las Hadas, doy cuenta muy tarde que todo esto está coludido con el crimen organizado y que no va haber tregua mas no realizar trámites de hospedaje por estas vías y no creer en nadie ya que están coludidos no podemos realizar trámites por teléfono y con nadie que no conozcas saludos una experiencia no grata que me deja ver que estamos en un mundo controlado por el crimen organizado/gibierno.

Goede locatie in het centrum.

This hotel is in a great location right in the center of Patzcuaro a block from the Plaza Grande and next to the new Mercado. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking is about a block away and we were able to stop and unload right at the lobby when we arrived. BUT- on the second night there was a party in their event room that was very loud until late at night. My mother-in-law was woken up and did not sleep well. There was no one at the desk to help. I had a room overlooking the courtyard which was lovely, but there was not way to get ventilation without opening the window right into the public walkway. There were no fans and it was a humid day.

Hotel totalmente recomendado, hospitalidad y amabilidad por parte de todo el personal, la comida que ofrecen dentro del hotel excepcional, felicitaciones al chef....

We like this Hotel, its Beautiful and the rooms are adequate. Pros: +Beautiful interior courtyard +Helpful staff +Great location +Clean Rooms +Mattress was very comfortable Cons: -Web site says on site free parking - Not it's a lot 2 blocks away for 80 pesos a night - no hot water in our bathroom shower, we were given access to another room to use the shower there - toilet didn't flush completely -mattress had a plastic protector on it under the sheets, this became hot and sweaty during the night We still liked it, the bathroom issues are no doubt fixed now. The fixed the parking issue when we asked about it, and the mattress cover is what it is. For the $ there are probably other hotels available, but as I mentioned this has a great location to downtown, beautiful interior courtyard and we liked it, we would probably stay there again.

EL HOTEL ESTÁ EN UNA BUENA UBICACIÓN, LO QUE NO ME AGRADÓ ES QUE MARCA EN LA PLATAFORMA QUE CUENTAN CON ESTACIONAMIENTO Y NO ES ASÍ, TE TIENEN UN ARREGLO CON UN ESTACIONAMIENTO PUBLICO A LA VUELTA Y TE COBRAN $80.00 LA NOCHE SI ERES HUESPED. LO DEMÁS BIEN, EL HOTEL ES MUY BONITO

I love the building very nice and colonial but the bathroom shower walls had mold not enough air circulation toilet didnt flush properly

Todo bien dentro de lo que cabe con respecto al hotel y la estadía, tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación y el convenio de expedía pero se resolvió muy bien con el personal del hotel. Lo que no me gusto es que seguramente de EXPEDIA se filtraron mis datos personales y recibí una llamada de extorsión, lo denuncie al hotel y quedo en revisión pero fue una muy mala experiencia al usar esta plataforma
