The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel. I would like to suggest putting on some white light bulbs because some people prefer to have them. And also bidet or provide a dipper (tabo). Thank you.

Good location just near SM City. My parents like the room, it just fits their need. Thank you.

Rooms has CCTVs inside. No safety locker. The bed was not comfortable.

I stayed at the 1st class dormitory, ok naman sya, medyo maingay lng yung higaan, bawat galaw mo may lumalagatak 😅 Pero malinis sya.so far naenjoy ko naman yung stay ko dun.

The place is nice it's just walking distance to the mall like SM and Robinson. The staff is very helpful, special mention to the security guard who let me borrow his charger because mine is not compatible in the socket. Thank you for great service.

The staff were nice, It’s near SM City Cebu, and the rooms were great. Bathrooms were clean and they have a canteen. Great place for a backpacker. They also have a pc you could use which is coin-operated. Overall, I had a nice time staying there.
