Spacious room and breakfast spread was generous.

I'll arrive at the hotel at 3.00pm even check in time 2.00pm. So I'll go to the front desk reception to register, check in & get the key room. But, I'm very disappointed because the reception told me my room was not cleaning yet. I ask that lady how many long I should waiting, but that lady told me she doesn't know and that lady take my phone number and call me if my room already clean. So I decide to rest at the Pantai Teluk Batik in front of the hotel. Then around 6.00pm I came back to the hotel and also ask the reception my room already clean or not? But that lady told me the room was not cleaning yet. I'm very shocked & angry. Because I already waiting almost 3 hours to get my room. Then after I argue them. They give me the room around 6.40pm. I'll enter the room. So I rate this room 4/10. The toilet smell not good & cannot used. I and my family had to used the lobby toilet if want to poo. The air-conditioner not functioning well. I see many guests who have the same situation as me (late check in). So I think this hotel should not rate 3 star. The manager also cannot responsible and not here on that day.

Resort buruk menakutkan, saya terus balik mlm tu juga sebab ada rasa seram, dah la lampu banyak rosak dalam bilik, pekerja ada 4org sahaja, bilik ada 59bilik.. malam tu juga saya balik tak jadi tido di situ.

I don't have the photos, but the room I stayed in sucks. The sofa already broken. The TV can only open 1 chanel but it got super poor reception. The toilet is ridiculous. Got no place to hang towel, no place to put toiletries and worst of all, the shower head is on middle of the bathroom, even away from its faucet. Also no lights for back carpark. Its so dark and horror at night. Other than that is cool. Friendly receptionist and easy check in and check out.

Everything was good until the kids want to swim at swimming pool. The pool totally different from the picture in the advertisement. The hotel must responsible to replace the picture of their real pool. The kids really disappointed regarding this matter.

Resort old fashion... tak.berbaloi dengan harga rm250++/per nite... not recommended...

Soket pluc satu sahaja yang blh pkai...singki bocor!!

No wifi signal in room.. poor aircond condition and no several dish for breakfast

Bilik selesa dan luas serta parking yang banyak..tetapi tuala hanya diberikan 2 helai shaja sedangkan tempahan untuk 4 orang..bilik berbau dan lantai melekit. Cadar dan sarung bantal berbau..air sangat perlahan.

Masalah aircond, air mandian perlahan.

Kotor.. Toilet pon tak cuci setahun..sama mcm rumah tumpangan rm30

Percutian keluarga bersama anak dan isteri, keadaan lantai bilik rasa berminyak, walaupun nampak licin bersih. Tandas just 70% clean not satisfied. Tempoh menunggu check in lama, dekat 1 jam.

Receptionist not helpful at all. Have booked for a room of 3 persons but instead the room only have bed for 2 person. What’s the point of saying that the room is for 3 persons at the first place? And when asked for extra mattress they said no housekeeping staff so can’t deliver the extra mattress to our room. Asked for another solution the counter lady said simply cancel my existing room and pay walk in rate for new room with 4 beds. Terrible service that was the first and the last to check in there.

Old hotel with old furnitures and old unclear reception tv with only 1 channel. Very late to provide the requested towels. Will never go there again.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berdepan dengan pantai. Tetapi perkhidmatan dr meja reseptionist sampai ke bilik hotel sangat mengecewakan. Aircond tak berfungsi dengan baik, tandas kotor, pintu tandas berlumut. Cawan air berbau. Please upgrade your service.

Bilik air tidak bersih dan suasana hotel tidak menarik.

Cek in hotel bilik belum siap sepenuhnya, dapat tukar bilik tapi masalah aircond tak sejuk. Maintenance kurang memuaskan, lokasi ok tapi bila malam agak gelap, kurang penggunaan lampu jalan dan suasana agak suram. Harap ada penambahbaikan.

Bilik yang tidak dikemas. Barang-barang peribadi guest sebelum kami masuk tidak dibuang. Toilet pun tiada kunci, kunci rosak. Toilet tersumbat dan menjijikkan. Tuala pun tidak disediakan. Bagi kami bilik yang tidak dikemas terlebih dahulu. Troli pun xada untuk angkat barang.
