Beautiful property, sad we couldn’t stay more than one night.

Love the relaxed atmosphere and all the pools. Beautiful setting, good food and overall a fun and relaxing place to stay.

I wouldn’t book this hotel again- it was very expensive for the stay and experienced we shared. We arrived early- as we needed a place to hang after a 3 week vacation before a flight out of Rome in the early morning. We planned on using the facilities for the day and expected to pay for a day pass. We arrived at 11- the room wasn’t ready, which we didn’t expect it to be- we were given wrist bands for lockers but no tour or explanation of the facilities other than a generic map and where the dressing rooms were located. It was packed! We tried to get lunch before a massage I had booked in advance and there were no clear instructions and when I tried to get clarification the man was very rude and acted like I was stealing. When I went back to the desk it became evident that we weren’t given that part of the welcome schpiel. It was expensive and a bad experience. The massage was fine, but I booked an additional scrub and they let us get dressed and leave the area, afterwards telling us we missed our time for our scrub services which we thought they included with our massages as they use a scrub on our legs and feet. Here I was bummed that it wasn’t worth the money- but no, they just hadn’t communicated AGAIN. You only get 1 towel and 1 robe- which quickly becomes soaked and worthless. No cups for water. It is very crowded and lots of people chatting and loud. Dinner was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. All in all- I had to expend a lot of energy to relax. Not ideal.

Stayed one night as this hotel as it was close to the airport. The grounds were gorgeous. Very attentive staff. Disappointed in the spa facilities due to the fact that the temperature of the water and sauna were only warm and not hot. Note, the taxi service has a standard 35 euro charge for a 5 minute ride to hotels near the airport. Versus 50 euros to central Rome??

There was only a few little papercups in the room. Very difficult to have hot liquid in papercups. They gave only 1 glass in bathroom. The bathroom comes with bathtub only with a very narrow glass enclosure. When we take a shower, the bathroom floor is flooded. Service desk gave us 6 towels to soak up the water. Where do people eat other than the hotel restaurant? There's no vending machine or small store to buy water or snacks.

I love the property it is absolutely beautiful to walk around. It’s like a maze. Everything was excellent.

Very convenient location next to the airport, handy if you need to fly out soon. The staff was helpful and kind. The property outdoors is beautiful. Indoors things can be challenging. The rooms are very hot, even in May. The AC works but is very weak. There is black mold in various parts of the room. There are no glasses or full size cups in the rooms. Several outlets don't function. Overall while the team that works there does their best their ownership of the property does not prioritize maintaining the property.

A perfect stay when flying out of Rome, Fiumicino! We thought we were booking a basic spa, and we were wrong in the best possible way! QC Termeroma is a beautiful hotel and grounds with amazing rooms. And the spa. Can I say an adults Disneyland? With 20+ places on the grounds (indoor, outdoor) to have jacuzzi experiences, cold plunges. different types of saunas that are, I believe, included with a stay...and of course the spa with treatments and at the end of the day there is a happy hour included with prosecco or other drinks and bitings. Lovely restaurant. I cannot recommend this hotel more as a perfect end to a great trip in Italy.

Just stayed in what has become our favorite hotel and spa. As soon as you enter the property you are transported into a serene, lush and beautiful setting. The service was impeccable from check in to check out. The rooms are romantic with gorgeous marble bathrooms with marvelous spa inspired toiletries. The spa circuit is amazing and just what we needed after a long flight to help us relax and get a good nights sleep. Dinner was delicious in a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting with wonderful service with the divine smell of blooming jasmine. The included breakfast buffet is a gem. Wonderful lattes made to order, glasses of Prosecco and delicious pastries and Italian items. All in all we will be back every time we travel through Rome.

Not sure how this place has a 9 out of 10 rating. We spent our last night in Rome here since it was close to the airport. Little did we know the spa services are open to the outside public and there were people EVERYWHERE & did not make for a relaxing experience. The room had a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom. Room also had mosquitoes and found a large lizard in the bathroom. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was not good. The risotto was basically a cheese sauce with very little rice. On a positive note, the check in experience was helpful but we couldn’t get out of there soon enough. Wish we stayed in the city for our last night and took a cab to the airport. Definitely the worst hotel experience we had in Italy.

Gorgeous property, exactly what I’d imagine Italy to feel like. I wish the services were explained a little better for the wellness farm, at least at check in, we weren’t told you couldn’t use the pools etc without paying so we were a little confused when we were asked not to walk the property but that was my only complaint.

Although my stay was short, it was very memorable for this resort’s beauty. It truly was like a page from a magazine or scene from a movie all around me. I truly wish I could have been there longer to enjoy its luxury.

We spent two nights at this beautiful resort and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the views were stunning. Everything was peaceful and relaxing—just what we needed. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Reception check was average, once I got called in the room was dirty and food on the floor with many ants and insects around it. Also poor hygiene at the Spa facilities and stinks

The doors did not properly shut to the outside of your room so you could hear everything outside and we had neighbors that were up until 2 AM talking extremely loud. And unfortunately, there was no air condition and we were unaware of that. When you book it, it says that there is air conditioning, but they don’t turn it on until a certain point in May. Their food options were not good. Overall, it just wasn’t a good place to say.
